"I have visited Shimla" is correct even after returning from Shimla.
It tells about your experience in the past without mentioning any specific time.
If you want to add time, then
    "I visited Shimla in 2019"
So, Sabka tarika sahi hai. Kisi ko aise point out mat karo. Maintain dignity and sanctity of this profession.
Thanks for your efforts. They are indeed valuable

To make people understand the concept is not always easy.
Often small children don't get the concept.
Rather they want simple formula to speak English quickly.
So the way Aditya Sir teaches ,
is far more easy to grap the concept for the first time.
    Aditya Sir knows
    Hindi mind very well,
So he made formula for English speaking in primary level.
    Which actually works.

everyone's way of teaching is a bit different than others. I think that teacher was making students understand in easier way. And therefore he is teaching in this way.
I really love the way you teach. Because I also learn in the same way you are teaching.

Your teaching way is also good sir, even fabulous to understand concept. These are very minor things, which we should keep in our mind. But sir, I see that every teacher try make us understand to keep our sense and philosophy. Teachers are always perfect, who teach us with honestly and heartily, as you're doing. I think every teacher (especially you mentioned) doesn't teach wrong, rather students need to practice and consistency. because every thing, language and skill asks your time your practice and your preservation. When students do these things, then concept clear on its own. So teacher never teach wrong. we watch and forget, this is a mistake.
