Flame Laminating Machine - TURAL MAKİNA

İt is used to compound sponge with fabrics or none-woven products.
The flame laminating machine is suitable for the bonding of thermo-fusible products, such as PU foam and PE, with synthetic or natural materials.
In order to improve the production capacity, it is possible to use two burners in line (instead of one) thus obtaining the lamination of three materials.
Taking into account its considerable production speed, the machine can be equipped with some additional accessories that will allow a continuative use, by introducing appropriate accumulating systems
Application:
1. This machine use flame to fire retardant foam/sponge, fabric surface will become sticky then it will bond with fabric.
2. Single side lamination machine or double side lamination machine can be customized.
3.The water cooling system well enhances the lamination effect.
4. Then the fabric is quickly pressed against the foam while it is still in the molten state.
