- Thinking about visiting Panama City, Panama? Well, travel with me as I journey to Panama to enjoy the country's rich culture. It's day 3 and in this episode we visited Panama Viejo the origin of the country. Explored the museum and learned how panama started, its architecture, culture, and how the people lived.
We then ventured to Mercado de Mariscos (seafood market) to eat. It's located in Cinta Costera right at the entrance to Casco Viejo where you can get the freshest seafood to eat. And man was it GOOD!
We then headed to Casco Viejo/Antiguo to visit the historic district of Panama City.

Caribbean ppl always finds each other 😁 I can’t remember the restaurant cause like I said, ppl would just pull you in to eat so we went with the best deal 😉 I’ll go trough my videos and if I find the name I’ll let you know.

Decided on Panama for my husband's 40th birthday and now I'm really really excited. He's Jamaican and I'm from Liberia feels like we will fit right in lol. Any suggestions for restaurants I can host a really nice dinner for 30 family and friends that will be joining us?

@@TheSimpsonsFamilyVlogs I'm so happy. It's a surprise he will not know till we get to airport lol. He also does not know family and friends are joining as well. So I did RIU all inclusive it's just to many ppl to keep up with. Lol definitely nice but does not need to be upscale. I saw a few Afro Panamanian restaurants but definitely not the feel I want. Also do you know of any guides nothing formal again we are Africans and Jamaicans lol so someone that can give us true Afro Panamanian experience foods, spots to visit etc. Maybe even to match local football game (soccer). They don't want to much of tourist experience 😄

Alright, so my parents suggests 3 places. Tinajas Panama which is a restaurant that has cultural performances (www.tinajaspanama.com) or you can look it up on RUclips. Then there's Sheraton Grand Panama and Restaurante Waikiki. I hope these help 🙂
