This game was the best Tmnt game, not only that this had the best story ever, nostalgia at its finest, But I remember the graphics being so much better, the standard of graphics now make it look bad
The graphics on this actually aged pretty well if you think about it. The style they picked helped it age a lot better. Look at other old ps2 games and this looks amazing in comparison
There have been so many different games over the last 40+ years. I was a 70's kid. I got my start into home gaming with the Atari 2600. It was awesome for it's time. Looking at it now, yikes, the blocky graphics, the screeching sounds, and the one button controller isn't working now. However, that system launched a series of games, advancements, and other accessories that made gaming consoles grow, expand, and games became so real, so vivid, and so lifelike, we never put down our controllers🎮🎮 or our love of the classics, and the retro gaming that we loved growing up. Now don't get me wrong, I LOVE MLB the Show 2022, the newer sports games look so real it's like being at a game. I was a HUGE fan of the Genesis games from EA Sports. NHL 94 was a amazing gaming experience for me as a teenager. My friends and I had tournaments, we'd get between 4 and 12 of us and play each other. Until only 2 remained. It was so fun! PGA Tour Golf was another fun game we played. There was one friend in particular who always came over on his lunch break and after work. John was his name and I'd be bummed if he didn't stop by and play a round of Golf.⛳🏌️♂️⛳🏌️♀️⛳ Sawgrass was a great course to play. I remember he had a great time, he'd try and throw me off my putting by "jinxing" me. He called it the Ishkabibble Yak. It was just a hilarious way he'd mess with me and I with him. We had so much fun. Then as great as life is, it can really give you a GUT PUNCH!👊🤜🤛✊👊 He was in a accident on the highway. His truck was hit and while he survived the initial crash, he later had a stroke and then passed away. He was a young man. The prime of his life. He and his wife just had a baby. He had a construction business. He was a great man! A great friend! I miss him a lot. Our days of Sega PGA Tour Golf remains one of my fondest memories I ever had back then. Remembering him giving me the Ishkabibble Yak attack always made me smile and chuckle to myself. Gaming for me gave me some awesome memories as well as some great games. It was the friendships that made those games the best. Granted there were plenty of games I played alone. NBA Showdown 94 was one. World Series ⚾️🧢⚾️Baseball🧢⚾️🧢⚾️ was another, and of course these types of games. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles🐢🐢🐢🐢🐀 was an arcade game that blew my mind. The home 🎮game🎮 was good as well. These 2D side-scrolling adventure games started for me back with the 2600 and Pitfall. That was my first time I became immersed in a adventurous world of gaming. More followed. Super Mario games became the biggest success. The "STANDARD" to which others were measured. But then others made newer more intense, dangerous, graphically advanced, and some more gory and brutal. There was some that were cartoony violence, some like Streets of Rage were brutal but not gory, and fun as heck! Ninja Gaiden, The Simpsons, other animated characters got their own games. Castle Of Illusion starring Mickey Mouse, the Flintstones, Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Donald Duck, Howard the Duck, Scooby-Doo, 🦇Batman🦇 and Robin, just 🦇Batman🦇, Superman, the Hulk, 🕷🕸Spider-Man🕸🕷, Iron-Man, Beavis & Butthead, South Park, and Toy Story. Because if it had a cartoon or movie it became a game. Sadly MANY MANY MANY of the Movies that became games were not very good. The 🦇Batman🦇 games were almost always good, Same with 🕷🕸Spider-Man🕸🕷 and Mickey🐭Mouse🐹. But Home Alone, Back to the Future, and many more, too many to list were made to profit off the success of the movie. Little thoughts were put into those games it seemed. I can remember buying a game based solely on the fact that it was based off of a movie I loved only to find the game is 💩! THAT SUCKED! Anywhere between $29.99 and $69.99 poof gone! I became a lot more careful buying games. Especially if it was a movie based game. More importantly if LJN produced it STAY AWAY! YIKES! LOL! I became less impressed by "licensed" games and more into unlicensed games like Chuck Rock, or the TurboGraphx-16 game Bonk's Adventure(one of my top ten favorite games). You Tube helped a lot later on as well. Getting to see players/gamers/people play these games themselves. Some reviewed them and some like this played them through 100%. Now IF I was looking to buy a game first timer, I wouldn't want to see the entire playthrough. But I could get a feel for the graphics, the sound, and maybe the controls. Gaming has evolved from Pong to VR-Virtual Reality-based gaming. It's been one hell of a ride. However I've come to realize and appreciate the Retro games, or the "classics" that were around in 1988-2008. The retro craze is not a craze. These games ARE STILL GREAT AND CAN STAND UP TO ANYTHING THAT YOU PUT AGAINST IT. Playstation 5 and the newest X-Box may be the "best" and most "advanced" system ever, the Sega Master System, the Sega Genesis, the Sega💿CD💿, the Saturn, Dreamcast, the TurboGraphx-16, and all the Nintendo systems are still great machines with awesome games, and really fun adventures. Have fun and KEEP ON PLAYIN'!

@@thiagoricardo6961 esse jogo é muito bom
@@Arthur-cf7kt nostálgia né amigo? Gostava de jogar com meus amigos =)
I used rent this game on Blockbuster Video twice. I really like this game on PS2 or Xbox.
Fam this game was hard as hell for no reason 🤣
Caramba! Eu nunca vi esse jogo. Muito bem feito. Minhas versões favoritas são do super Nintendo e do mega drive.
Btw you picked awesome games for your 24/7 streams even ones I haven't played were great
This game and the transformers game from this time were amazing. Not to mention the old battlefronts from Pandemic, some of the goats for nostalgia
This game was so far ahead of it's time. My brother and I would play this for HOURS
Why hours????? Didn't you have a home & need it to clean your room or help ur mom with vacuuming? Or you didn't have to eat something? Or Pee? Or how about resting your brain/mentality or rest ur eyes for a bit to keep being healthy?? Hours is a lot for a game, do u spent that amount of time doing ur homework too?? If u don't spent time on homework then that means that you're not smart at all. Soooo sorry if you're not smart cuz you need it for many things but okay, bye!
@@shen-long9082 You must be new to gaming…or this entire post was sarcasm at its finest
@@kiddfaz wow! You do know the word "sarcasm" so that means you did some homework, right? I love games so i'm not new to them but i also love my mom to help her out cleaning & help dad to care for grandpa. Hours playing a game is just weird to me cuz like my dad says that your health is important so look out for your eyesight & do laundry or something. When the alarm rings, it's time to stop playing PS5 no matter what unless im playing online, like overwatch or rainbow six or rocket league, which i need to finish that game & then quit the game. Same goes for my youtube Ohhh & i have to show dad if there's blood in the video like when they're fighting in the video so me & my dad watch it together. It's fun a lot. Is your dad fun too & gives u food & stuff???
@@kiddfaz my friend says to me that his dad is mean so that's why i asking you for my curious my curiosity
I am the only one who worries about how he, after the level with the Mausers, had 2 life, and in the battle with Stockmon, he had 4
I remember renting this game from family video, mannn the good ol days
This game was my childhood, and i still love it ❤️
hi bro
@@zhucegao7418 hey
Omg, I remember going to blockbuster to keep renting it. This was the best game ever!
TMNT 2003 and Rise of the TMNT are absolutely the best reboot cartoons and have a magnificent 2D art style unlike TMNT 2012. #SayNOToApritello
هاي اللعبة شكد عندي بيهة ذكريات خاصة الاصوات اتذكرهن عبالك البارحة لعبتهة اني واخوية🥺
in 2003 year i was kid in school class 3 when i play this game amazing old time i wanna back it was so good :) i stil remember playing this game on bad computers :D it was just amaiazing:D

This is one of the first game I Remeber from my childhood couldn’t even get passed stage 1 lmao
I miss this game.
Hearing all the game sounds again make me feel like I'm about to fight God I feel so good
I love that you can tell when the player gets fed up with certain enemies, like "Fuck you, eat all my Shuriken" lol
such good nostalgia i think of this game all the time haven’t seen the graphic or gameplay since i was like 5
ماقدر اوصف الذكريات الي مع هذي اللعبه 💔
This game was so amazing when I was 11, at least I thought it was lol.
I used to skip school just to play this back when I owned a ps2
Where's your ps 2 now?
@@mrg466 I dont have it anymore sadly
@@snicklefritz8738 Well, go buy another one, their alot cheaper now.
As a kid, I remember beating shredder but since it doesnt save that you beat him, no one believed me when i said i did it. :( good game tho, really brings me back watching this. I can almost remember every detail about the game, and its so cool hearing all the sound effects again.
This game gave me a specific feeling that I can’t get with no other game unless I’m high or some shit tbh
This is the best TMNT game they should’ve keep it like this just made it 20x better with graphics
Don was always my favorite one to play with wacking people with the stick
me and my brother loved this game, I was Donatello and he either picked Raph or Mikey XD
A game that needs remastered
When my son was little we used to play this alot.
Also part 2 and 3.
I still have one pc copy of I think its Battle Nexus.
Great memories.
They need to bring this back!!
The deepest part of my childhood has returned
Awesome video game play through keep up the good work!
The camera angles, very specific directional attacks, and waiting for the player to recover from a knockdown were the most annoying things about this game...but damn I loved playing it.
Idk why brain thought of this, but the is literally the best TMNT game ever. I used to rent this from blockbuster on the weekends and play it at the crib.
OMG I Love This Game So Much , my childhood
I love games on the old consoles
I hate remakes
I actually liked this tmnt game, it was probably the last good one to come out til Shredders Revenge, the only thing that was missing was 4 player mode.
