It's one of the few conceal pistols I've ever seen that have a 99% positive review ratio. It does so many things right, and the things it does wrong are hardly wrong, just mostly a preference issue.
I also got one of these for my Dad,he had a construction accident like 15 years ago(his forearm broke at almost a 90 degree angle from a fall off a ladder) so his hand and wrist don’t have a lot of movement, his strength is fine but he has hard time making his hand in the shape needed to rack a slide.it’s been great for him this racks very easy, and he does the rack off his belt or whatever a lot also.
Good he found something that works. I have CRPS in my right arm and I'm right handed, but my left thumb is also seriously damaged. Was thinking about something like this. It seems like it could be a good option.
I have one and it’s really fun to shoot as long as you keep Fiocchi ammo away from it. For some reason the edge of Fiocchi ammo brass snags on the top of the chamber causing a FTF on every mag. Nothing a bump to the back of the slide doesn’t fix. I suspect it’s because of the recoil spring being too light to push it past the edge. I’ve had zero failures with any other ammo. Just under 900 rounds through it.
Yeah, this is definitely not a pick for a dumass. Very solid review, I've been thinking about picking up one of these for a backup setup for home defense.
Bought one late last year, was using it for a warm weather CC, haven't been a dumass and dropped it yet, bought the S&W Bodyguard 2.0 last week for a quick pocket carry and will probably use it as a back up when it gets colder and I start CC 1911s again.
I have this one and the .22 LCP2 They are what I carry when it’s 118 degrees in Arizona summer and all I can be bothered to wear(when not at work) is basketball shorts.
You can still get the magazines out of state if you have to (or the gun if you can't get the gun in your state). Rights don't require permission... and cowards obeying unjust "laws" is the very cause of their existence in the first place.
I wish the 9mm's looked like this too. They don't look bad, but I don't get why the .380's and not the 9mm's. I know they're "lite rack" and therefore have the cuts in them, but I don't get why they do that. I don't think making the slide lighter makes the difference and for a "lite rack" gun, I would expect a heavier slide would be better since the springs don't absorb as much recoil.
I guess the magazine isn't swappable. That hole on the side is for the spring and not having one on the other side makes the spring so it can't be swapped. I think drilling a hole would fix that though. I assume both sides are identical and that the mag release won't stick out too far on either side if it was swapped though. I don't know that for sure. Seems like an easy enough mod though.
I have one , mine fires beautifully. Already have 600 rounds through it.
have it. love it. just wish 380 were cheaper...
I have it, and it's a great gun. My wife can manipulate it with no problems. Bought an IWB holster for it.

Both great carry guns. Love the LCP II 22lr especially. One of my favorite guns ever.
Pretty serious magazine capacity...if you live in the right state...sadly, we don't ..

Pretty nice looking ruger

Great vid, Dumass. Great info. Thanks.
Probably work well for my mom, she has problems racking.
I just purchased one
It's okay dude, we can all be a Dumbass sometimes

Cool video review
I'm getting mine on my birthday, Oct 15th.
Are all Security .380's "Lite rack"? I tried to find that out, but nobody actually said. Some labeled them as "lite rack", but most apparently don't.
