My first 340 100s was the amount that had me feeling like i was rich i was 16 got it from a car accident that me and my mom was in she got a lawyer that took both of us got us 97k he took his 25k and my mom split the 72k that was for us i was living out my richie rich fantasy because that was my favorite movies i went to school with 5k 50 100s and i was showing everyone in class like im the real richie rich and they started calling me that do yall know i got called to the principal office because a teacher went reported me for having that much money in school she was a straight hater the principal called my mom and asked her to come to the school that she had some concerns about me so my mom came and the principal and teacher asked my mom do you know your son came to school with $5,000 and my mother said i know he was supposed to come with $100 which was to buy him snacks for the week but not 5k so the principal asked my mom how did he get all this money and my mom told her we were both in a car accident and we both received a settlement and the look on that principal face she was like shocked she just told my mom make sure he doesn't come to school with this kind of money because it can lead to him being beat up for it by other kids so my mom told me when i got home to make better decisions don't go out with that much money you are still a kid i was wilding i had all the hotestt sneakers for the rest of the 4 years i had in high school i never wore the same sneakers three times i was going sneaker shopping every weekend buying 3-5 pairs i had accumulated so many sneakers that they overtook my room and all the closet spaces we had so i had to start giving them away now back then in the early 2000s we didn't have places that buy sneakers so this generation is very lucky that they can actually make a lucrative income just from selling their sneaker collection i had 300 sneakers mostly air force 1s, air max 95, air max tn, A.i sneakers, sauconys, s.carters, and a few prada American cup sneakers and gucci i never bought jordans because everyone was wearing them at school a new pair of js drop and you got 400 kids withe the same sneaker so i never wore jordans i had a teacher who was big on high end designer fashion and she straight told me in front of the class that i must have rich parents with great taste because she said i was the first student to wear high end desiger sneakers which were like $350-$400 at the time i was having my way as a teenager which motivated me to always want the finer things in life so i went got a chemical industrial job once i made 21 and i made sure to always keep that job i showed up on time never took a sick did what i had to do and ended up getting a promotion and a permanent position at the company making 87k a year i purchased the cheapest home i could find and pay cash for because i went on a saving my marathon for the next 10 years because i wanted a million dollars or close to it so i budget out my monthly bills and i put aside 30k each year and ended up having 2.8m in my account i just retired in 2022 im 36 years old and i don't plan on going back to work ever in life i bought my local 80 unit apartment complex which is where people with low income live and i jumped on that opportunity to buy it from the previous owner who was in his 70s and had made his profits from it over the 30+ years he owned it so he put it up for sale and i went to my bank and told them what i was trying to do and i bought the apartment complex for 867k and the monthly income i get from that is how i survive every month plus ive made that 800k back in 2 years plus a extra 160k so they ive already made a million from my investment and will make many more to come so to you rappers and regular working people like myself invest in apartment buildings with 30-100 units and rent eaxh unit out to low income families and you can stop working once you do that just hire maintenance workers who are skilled to work for your building. Im looking to purchase another apartment building but im looking for 100 units or better at $1.5m for the whole apartment complex so im on the hunt for that i can honestly say the money i receive doesn't excite me and i let my tentants go rent free when they don't have it because im still getting paid regardless. So yall be wise with yall money forget jewelry, clothes and cars do all that after you situate yourself with permanent streams of income every month.

Just to clarify the confusion, no. If you listen to the story, Peezy offered to drive a friend to a destination for gas money. Lou was already with Peezy when this happened. When they pulled up to the destination (Lou, Peezy, and Friend) the friend began to distribute to an undercover cop. Peezy signaled to Lou that something was going wrong, so they jet off, but returned back to help the friend.
