I used some five spice this week to make Lion's Mane Meatballs. Love your blend! will give it a try. I've been following Hot Thai Kitchen recipe for five spice.
I use it mostly to season the protein, like chicken or shrimp, then stir fry it. However, if you're making a vegetarian dish, you can add the vegetables and start stir frying, then sprinkle some in.

I love this. I grind my own spices too. I make a lot of poultry seasonings, cajun spice mix, curry powder. I will add this to my collection. Awesome.
