I stood on this boat today 🧡 thanks for letting us onboard of your beautyful HR. Very impressive boat & beautifully built. And thanks for sharing the journey.
That brings back some great memories. I've done that trip twice on behalf of HR in the opposite direction and just loved it. We had two great pilots to take us to the Nederland border and really enjoyed the canal and river sections, eating ashore each night. Hallbery Rassys are just the best.
When I saw the boat with no mast and you said you were motoring I thought ooooh that's never pleasant in a yacht. Those known to go down when the seas get up wouldn't like it at all. And thank you very much, you unintentionally answered a question I've always had about H & R yachts. The noise level when motoring. No one ever covers this on yacht reviews and those of us that sail know a lot of times the wind doesn't blow, specially when you really want it. It's a nice deep grumble that you could easily go to sleep with.
I watched several deliveries last year from you guys but lately you have improved your video shooting tremendously. Very nice. I feel for you to go through my home waters in the worst time of year. One day, I will call you for a delivery, unfortunately Gunfleet 43‘s are mainly in the UK, so I am afraid , I have to find a seller there, Europe doesn’t have that many… Look forward seeing more from you in 2023! Cheers from Hamburg
I know this was posted quite a while ago, but I was wondering how long this journey took overall (same for the return). Thank you, and keep up the wonderful videos.
My favorite yacht! Job well done. I cannot wait to see the 69 i wonder if you will be taking that next year. Greetings from the Brit in California. Good luck at the boat show wish i was going. cheers all the best.
Motion of the boat without sails was interesting. I once heard of a delivery out to the Caribbean and the owner didn’t want new sails used and so it was a motor all the way. Not quite sure how enough fuel could have been carried, but anyway… Have done a delivery Ellos to Flensburg, but it wasn’t such a luxurious Rassey 😊
What a stupid behaviour of our authorities... about 23 centimeters... Even a child knows, that Hallberg Rassy will always chose the best for such a responsible transfer job. Sorry Sir, I feel a bit ashamed. Thank you for this nice and calm portrait !
May I press you for a question? How is it to sail her without the mast? Because the mast steadies her considerably, is it not? Other than that, great video, as always. Cheers.
Having a reefed sail up can certainly steady you in stronger winds. She was quite rolly when the wind was on the beam, but not too bad. Luckily a large part of the trip was on the canals and rivers!
Nice to see delivery crew taking car of this yacht. If iam ever in the market i use them .very good 🙋♂️

I feel for you. No sails to help steady her in those ocean swells. But what a beautiful boat! Nice video.
ill be at the show on Wednesday! :)
Enjoy these deliveries, especially maps and the navigation.
So Nice Trip and a really good Video
Super boat despite the lack of a full mast. Well done I really enjoyed this one.

Thanks for sharing.
Great video, be very glad you were onboard a Hallberg. I sail a Contessa 26, now that would be fun in those seas in January😀.
Skipper ,cool guy 😉

What time u go back?
If u stay in Cuxhaven again, i came with some beers 🍻 so we can talk a little.
I came with my RV so i can drink 2 Beer...
Fantastic job. But next time, it is better, you take from Lübeck the Channel Elbe-Lübeck, than the River Elbe. It is more easier.
Meters before centimetres before millimetres.. there's a hierarchy in the metric system... 😉🙂
Shame you didn't get to sail her. Still looks good though without the rig.
We have also delivered Hallberg-Rassy 50's with the rig... They sail very well indeed!
Not bloody Germans - we are just precise and I learned this is in most cases not really negative.
Rather you than me buddy. Donking all that way must be incredibly boring.
Typical zerman...halten zich, das boot is 23cm te lang!! Fahren ist verboden alle zusammen wirklich merry christmas tannebaum;)
Bloody Germans ......again 😅
Those `authorities` made me angry...
