Just found this video from last March. I love watching these great old sleds show and race. Hopefully you are able to get some video from this years event!
If there is an event in my area, I will be there. The lack of snow has already had 2 events that I know of postponed in the province. Hopefully, we will see some more snow. Thanks for watching.
I grew up with these sleds, so your videos are very appealing to me. As to making your videos better well I am not too versed in making videos, but if you could follow the race from the start line to the finish, it would make them more interesting. Also, talking and interviewing people about their sleds and the work and history of these vintage sleds they have worked so hard on. Thanks for the video.
Thank you for your response and time to watch my video. Recording from start to finish is hard but I have made an attempt but failed. As for interviews I wanted to do it this year but it didn't happen. But next year I will definitely try and get a few. Take care.
I have done one video interview on a 1969 GTO it's a long one but if you want to watch it here it is. ruclips.net/video/6OFoYoYk0s4/видео.html It never got the attention I thought it deserved.
I’ve raced in the WSRF racing association back in 1976 to 81. I raced a 440,Z 634 Puma and my dad’s buddies 340Z. I probably raced over 700 times. It was a big deal back then. I raced against people from the US. Finland Sweden Norway Canada just to name a few. I’ve raced against pretty much all of these sleds. I wish I took it more serious than I did. It became a job instead of having fun. I was the fastest 8 th grader in school lol 😂. But not with the girls lol I was to shy.
This is great feedback and I did try to do a bit last year. Unfortunately it's hard to be at two places at once and I haven't quite figured how to get it all together yet. Here is some end footage. ruclips.net/video/imJvrFRybJU/видео.html

They're out there, they just cost a lot of money.

This one is in Foam Lake Saskatchewan and I am not sure of the date this year. But it will be in New year before the snow melts lol.
The one in Nipawin is a good one too. There is 2 videos on my Channel on it.
Are these races in Saskatchewan, Canada or US somewhere?
