I think it's because of the concept, she doesn't feel safe doing this sexier thing and besides, if we're just going by the vocal aspect, KoL still has Natty and Belle (who like the concept and sing well)

I love kiof, all their songs, and all the members (OT4 stan here), but Haneul really needs to receive more lines. She's treated like a sub vocal, not like a lead vocal at all. I mean, look at all the songs for line distribution:
Shhh - 2nd.
Bye my neverland - 4th.
Bad news - 4th.
Nobody knows - 4th.
My 808 - 3rd.
Ttg - 3rd.
Gentleman - 4th.
Says it - 3rd.
Midas touch - 2nd (just, less than a second difference to 3rd).

Sticky - 4th.
Te quiero - 4th.
Even for sixth sense, she was last.
Only second for 2 out of 12 songs? In half of their songs she's last place. Does that seem like a lead vocal? I wish they'd showcase her more.

I don't understand why you people are so obsessed with Rankings.
As long as she had a good amount of lines and was able to shine at some point, then that's already good.
Midas was her Era, she shone the most there. And in sixth sense, she showed that she can reach high notes.
Sure, there are some songs that she is treated poorly just kike Nobody knows, and that's where you should be mad about, because she got less lines, not the rankings
I don't agree with people's obsession with Rankings, you can have 40 second lines and still be like 3rd place.
It's not about the rankings, it's about the number of lines, and wether that members was able to shine at some point.
Midas was her era and she shone the most there
She showcased her powerful vocals with a high note and was able to keep up with a difficult song in sixth sense
There are songs that she's truly poorly treated such as Nobody knows where she never even sang the chorus once while everyone got to sing it. And that's where you should be mad about, about the less lines not the rankings. Even in Shh she was able to shine and had good lines
If Haneul didn't have the vocal skills, I wouldn't be surprised if she was given so few opportunities to shine in this group, but she does. So why such treatment? Most of her lines are shared with other members. This is not right. She is already barely seen in the Sticky music video and she has the least lines in this song too. They really don't make use of her beautiful voice and it's a waste.
In this one is not a surprise Haneul be last, like "Nothing" is a english song and we know she still learning the language. Now, in "Sticky", is where is the (?) mark, why?

Sticky is a "sexy" song and haneul is not familiar with that concept so I think that's why
Haneul deserves more, like she never gets enough opportunities compared to other members, just because she is the least popular, the company just ignores her, whats wrong with treating them equally?
Everyone there has an average and decent vocal range. Secondly, Haneul isn't fluent in English, she is still learning and working hard. Thirdly, Idols especially in the company aren't afraid to tell their members or producers that they're not comfortable singing in these songs. Yes she has the voice and vocal for it but any mess up on these lines and the incorrect pronunciation will throw the song off. Fourthly, just because the idols get less lines doesn't always mean the company is mistreating them. There can be plenty of reasons why idols don't get lines but for some reason yall mind go to 'mistreatment' instead of actually comprehending for once.
@@cocomelon2346 I agree with you and you are right but it isn't completely haneul's fault either because they can still give her the chorus part to sing instead, even her screen times are lesser than the other members, in sticky she barely had a good screen time compared to others, please try to understand what I'm saying from my perspective too.

as much as I am for lines being representative of group members' positions, natty really fits this concept. more than Hanuel imo and Natty sounds fire in all her lines, but I could agree that hanuel could have gotten natty's chorus parts (minus the "te quiero" parts) and that could've made things a little more equal

I mean the reason why haneul sings the least is probably because of the vibe of this song. I guess they want someone who sounds more mature and experienced in love in certain parts of the song, and its usually natty or julie. But they can at least let her sing more of the chorus part 😢❤

It's weird because it's emphasised that the group have a lot of say in what they want. Julie literally said she's the one who creates PowerPoints of ideas for the new songs. It's possible that Haneul wants fewer lines, but it's still a mystery
It's getting kinda frustrating, I'm so glad that natty is getting recognition for years of hard work but haneul has an amazing voice and she harmonizes so well! They could've easily given her soke of those lines. It's such a waste of her talents!

Secondly, go and watch haneul's driver license cover, she is not that influent. Thirdly, those uploaded clips about that you see always be uploaded by the company so how can us know if the company is really that comfortable or not? Fourthly, in this certain case,not even the lines in this song,she usually has the least lines although her technique is just lower than belle, and her stability is the best in the group, additionally haneul isnt allowed to go to shows like the other members. if you say she is uncomfortable to go to shows just watch those group clips, she is kinda extrovert. idk how do you define the 'mistreated' but for me, they have wasted this talented girl.

Natty's singing is a bit breathy, her voice is nasal 😕 Hanul sings much better and has a much stronger voice, but she's being treated so unfairly.

This is just pathetic. It's basically the Natty show. They have been pushing her vocals to the forefront so hard, Hanuel is barely utilized at all, and tends to have to do repeating or background lines. She is a lead singer, why are they insisting on giving the dancer everything. Hanuel has really good technique l, and has a really nice voice, and it's her natural voice. She keeps growing and growing. Dude wtf. And yeah Belles good, but she's not singing with her natural voice, and that's starting to damage it.
