I'm 44, in perimenopause and have lost a tremendous amount of weight, both of which have left me with major changes to my skin. I've never had a skin care routine, so I've been fumbling around in the dark totally confused. Thank you for the open door, the laughs and clear explanations. What a wonderful resource.

Great guest Nadine 😊 I too love a nice fragrance, but unfortunately my skin does not. I have the Clarins spf stick.....much too fragranced for my face, I bought it for under make up, but great to apply to back of my hands when going for a power walk...as my palms are not greasy once applied!
Ive tried virtually everything but I always go back to Clinique take tge day off balm. I loved the original Liz Earle cleanse and pokush but the current fornulation us a poor sunstitute. .
