When your character runs that fast, your surroundings move fast too, that's a lot of information for your player. Add a camera shaking to give an impact to your speed is a good idea, but you need to calm down the movement. You could create motion sickness and make your game really difficult to understand. If you want to give the "speed feedback", turn your FOV higher when the character moves superfast (sync with speed if you want). With that, and a little camera shake only with rotations, you can create a better effect without motion sickness. Thanks for your sharing, have a good day !
