I encountered two glitches: One was in the Piklopedia, my Winged Pikmin picked something up and started flying to god. The other, My Pikmin were attacking the clam in Serene Shores. They got stuck, And no Pikmin appeared during the Cutscene if your Pikmin get left behind.
The biggest glitch i ran into was trying to grab some raw material in a cave and suddenly being teleported into an adjacent room. But i had never even seen some of these. XD
