My right knee has been injured for months now so I have to be carful on the floor (which is why if you look closely I use my left leg the most for all my power & Balance) but when I get it back the way it's supposed to be ill be able to do more on the floor 👌🏽

Do you ever use knee pads, because when i dance whitout them I usually get bruises that are littlebit painfull (I don't have a big problem whit the bruises I just wanna know what fik shun does). So Fik Shun do you use and do you have bruises on your knees sometimes. It would be awesome if you would answer because I like to know from a prodancer! Thanks alot!
+Brendan Luk Not too wise to try to get used to the pain, it could potentially develop into lifelong injuries that will impact you negatively once you hit your 40's or 50's. I use them when I'm planning on doing serious kneework, but if it's casual kneework I don't use them.

I second this, I've been contemplating on getting some for dance, mine just hurt a lot doing floor without so I don't usually do it
