The most unbelievable thing in this movie is that runway being about 16 miles long. Also, that forehead line by The Rock was I think adlibbed, so that's Ludacris' genuine reaction.

this is when Fast n Furious got real serious IMO... because it introduced some shocking twists to the story.
the opening song is very important to what happens in this series "i never fear death nor dying".... "i only fear never trying" "i am whatever i am" "only God can touch me now".
Dom made one mistake in this...when he was talking to Shaw he forget that Owen Shaw mentioned...he had a brother...............you never leave loose ends.
This was the beginning of the series starting to suck imo. Peaked with fast five. In 9 they even addressed that they're basically gods by having that scene Roman not being able to die.

I know people talk about how long the runway is but in reality it’s really not as long as people think.
The reason it seems so long is because they constantly switch perspectives between all of the characters. So it shows the same time but between different characters. And remember there are like 12 people that they kept showing.

This movie is ridiculous and outrageous, and most importantly... it is gosh darn awesome!

Tokyo Drift takes place between Furious 6 and 7 and in 9, we find out that Giselle is still alive. Watch Fast and The Furious 11/12, they'll bring back Jessie from The Fast and The Furious and say he didn't actually die & Jason Statham's character actually FAKED Han's death which we find out later.

Fast 6 is probably my favorite of the series. It takes a more high tech modern turn compared to the other films, was the movie that had ridiculous moments but not as much as the later films. Also it was Paul’s last full film and some may disagree but I did like they focused on some of his side stuff with Braga and the solo mission. Loved the return of Letty too and Dom’s fight to get her back

Luke Evans is the main villian here, and you'll know him from his excellent portrayal of Dracula in Dracula Untold and his other great film No one Lives which you gotta check out. Jason Statham plays the older meaner brother of Owen Shaw and you'll find out just how mean he is in no 7.

This is my favorite movie series of all time but Furious 7 is the saddest one of the 10 I tear up every time I see the end of 7 knowing Paul was only in part of it then his brother finished his role in the movie

The Frankensteiner might be the best part of that whole fight on the plane.
The end part where you noticed Vin and Dwayne looked off, they didn't actually film that scene when they were both there on set. There was a big hassle going on between the 2 and they weren't on set together (at the same time) much. So they shot Vin's part and Dwayne's part seperate and later stitched it together to make it 'look' like they were looking at eachother at the time, which didn't really look right.
This hassle goes on with the next movies, it had to do with Dwayne's ego getting bigger and bigger and with that more annoying to deal with on set. You might have heard other stuff from Dwayne's movies where he had the same problems.
Fun fact: the part where Dwayne had that clapback with "better hide that big ass forehead", that was actually improvised and Luda's reaction was a real one and not scripted. Made it a bit more fun in the moment to find out.
That's not true for that scene. It is just an awkward blocking. They are side by side, not face to face. There is one shot that shows where they are standing. When they do the closeup while profile it makes the Rock's head look huge because he is closer to the camera.
The true beef didn't happen until F8 when the spin off was announced.

Had nothing to do with the two actors. Actually, it was because of the location and the uneven pavement. So they blocked it weird. Both actors were there. That's all in-camera.

I've been rewatching the movies lately myself. I saw Fast X last year so i'm working my way back to X and eventually XI when that one comes out next year. F+F6 has it's amazing moments especially with that tank, but 7 is insane to. 8 and 9 were fun and 10 was off the chain, it pissed me off at the end because it left on a giant cliff hanger and we have to wait till 11 comes out. So right now the rewatch is on 7, then i'm watching 8 and 9 and then 10 again.
That Ending of "Fast X" left Me Crying all the way home from the Theater...😭👍

I watched a video and they calculated that in order for the runway scene to be that long, the runway would have to be over 26 miles long..... The longest runway in the world is under 3.5 miles lol 🤣!!!

|I,ve always considered the character Owen Shaw very underrated ,because he;s someone very complex, a guy with many layers. He was the first antagonist in the franchise to test Toretto,s team to the limit, and that was the big factor that led to the sucess of this sixth film. Many people may not agree with me but Owen Shaw is a more interesting character than his brother and i would like to see him as a much more developed character but the producers of this franchise are very stupid in not deepening certain characters.
