What is Pi Network?

I tried kyc when I received the email from that I could do kyc now it's been a long whole ill go look and give u exact Date and I used my renewed paper copy of my driver's license because they were expired so I went and renewed that morning then seen the email after I got back grim renewing my d.l. from P.i. that I could do kyc so I used my renewed paper copy of driver's license ughhhhh now I ha😊very even bigger problem to add geeze I'll send this first and worl on what else is going in I need help with sir ty first of all fir caring enough to help me I appreciate it beyond words no one has even acted interested in helping so thank you so much ...I'll text the other problem u might be able to help with soon one thibg at a time 😢😢 right ...❤

More specifically what I mean is d-ky see green check mark on the personal profile it's still a purple circle
However my kyc in my checklist was approved and it passed is this just a glitch that will be worked out on its own or should I have to resubmit my application even though it said it was verified in passed?

You don't have to resubmit. As a matter of fact alot of people have been having this exact issue. I'll suggest you wait for a while.

NIce try but it still didn't work for me. I did everything exactly as you explained in the video and after about 12 hours I received a notification to complete KYC. I touched the corresponding field on the phone screen and it took me to the next step where it said the same sentence as before this attempt with the exact same image on the screen:

The purpose for the video is to be given a second chance to apply for KYC and from what you said you were given. Just give it a little time. Maybe they're on it
