    One of the (many) reasons Negronis are so fantastic is because of their simple 1:1:1 ratio, and the fact that they can be enjoyed straight from the mixing glass is nice too!
    I swapped the traditional gin for smoky mezcal and it's *chefs kiss*, but the choice of base spirit is yours. This drink is super approachable and only requires a few bar cart staples!
