How much thermalpaste did you use on the laptop (without the eGpu)? Also the Cpu looks like it was covered with liquid metal. Would you recommend to replace it with thermalpaste?
Was that destroyed thermal pads, or super dry thermal paste everywhere else than the dies? NVM, they did the same with the eGPU. So much paste! I am surprised they didn't use pads which would last far longer. Another reason to avoid ASUS I guess.
Can you please tell me what different types of compounds u have used for Vram & GPU dye?

Its not the psu issue everything works fine except the HDMI cables.

I did change my thermal for the 6850m xt model & now when i plug the HDMI cable it just turns off. Can u let me know why this is happening?

Asus is not a bad manufacturer in general, you just need to perform maintenance on time, as with any modern gaming laptop
