Lang Smokers: experimenting with fire management 

First of all: shouts out to Mad Scientist BBQ for this tip!
In my quest for more smoke flavor out of my Lang I discovered that maybe…possibly…my approach to fire management was too dogmatic. Is it possible to run too clean a fire? I intend to find out!
