Hey I have the flatline built and there are somethings that need to keep in mind: 1. Standard hop up units, TTI hopup units, Nexxspeed hopup units, the gap on the top is relatively large, this will lead to you losing hop as the slide keep returning and hitting the barrel. I'm currently using an AIP bronze hopup unit in my flatline, there is much less gap and stays put. The downside, its a pain to get the hopup unit in and out 2. You will need a longer outer barrel so it sticks a bit out into the adapter. This will prevent your barrel from shifting and moving inside the outer barrel and causing accuracy issues. My setup is basically the same as yours with the 5ku mid frame etc. and its been running good at the moment (a bit hot though with a 6 inch barrel - 1.4J on 0.25g)
How the thread adapter broke was he ran in to another player and it snapped on the inner thread that screws into the outer barrel / front of the slide he had a tracer unit on also. Another friend had the same happen to his in the same place. To me the inner tread wall looked really thin or maybe the aluminium isn’t great quality as well but both broke early in the day. Edit I asked my other friend how his broke he said he knocked it on a doorway also said it was a light knock. I have a flatline the only difference I can make out is the superline has cut outs on the rear part of the slide and both parts have some detailing whereas the flatline has a smoother look I guess. The flatlines charging handle is different with handles on both side not a single ambidextrous charging handle. I would hazard a guess that the superline is also lighter as it has the cut outs and material removed for the detailing. But the tdc and the way you put them together seems the same. We all have nexspeed hop up units that required some filing on both flatline and superlines to fit. Hope this helps
Glad you looked at these CTM, I have the original 5.1 Flatline and I have been having issues with HOPUP/accuracy issues where it shoots straight but slightly to the right (as if the irons are just off)
Yeah so I don't have any of these. Your review doesn't paint a pretty picture, which is appreciated. Looks all shiny with all the marketing, but lacks finesse. Dude that cut and finish😮 I'm out.... Why can we not have quality, well thought out design and finish for our toys? It's not like I'm asking for perfection. We all want perfection, let's be honest😂 Cool little print:) Sweet✌️

Forgot to add, I tried using stock tm hop up and AM brass and had the same issues
A screw kit/set is well worth the cost.
🙂👍
the CTM system is great for the price. Good competition for the novritsch. I still like my old slide with new edge bbh and TTI chamber
Funny i trued many frames to no avail, but it worked on my ssp5 lower. 😁🤦🏽
Knuckles which slide do you think is faster? Ssp5 or ctm? If your going to full auto the ssp5 then compare it to the ctm? Just curious...
Ctm always say only use tokyo marui frame.. its a good product but damnnnn, tuff to fit it on other frames. Smh
Hey buddy
So it almostd feels like a real gun....😂
