I think people are over reacting about his landing spot. Targets are targets, minshew isn’t the worst QB in the league. I think he should be fine and is a nice buy
Bowers played a lot out of the slot in college. The Raiders don't always show good judgment, but 2TE sets would be ideal here with Bowers playing out of the slot. Set up Z White for runs, hit the play action to Adams, Meyers, Bowers and Mayer. Toss in Tre Tucker if you need a speedster in there for a deep threat.
