This is the reason why i love KLM, while other airlines are penny-pinching and cutting back on costs, forcing passengers to pay for any snacks. KLM are still offering a free sandwich, a carton of chillled water on top of your airline provided alcoholic drink or soft drink. That and the genuinely pleasant nature of most of their staff members.
