You know it's hot when an ENTIRE ORCHESTRA plays the Magmoor Caverns them I hate it when I enter a room that's so hot they needed an orchestra to play dramatic music to show how hot it is
The thing I truly appreciate about Samus Returns is that a lot of the music and sound fx are a perfect mix between the regular Metroid games and the Prime games. For example, Crateria sounds like a slightly remixed version of the Super Metroid version. But this sounds like a slightly remixed version of Magmoor Caverns from Metroid Prime. Perfect balance between the 2D and Prime games. Also, this just may be my favorite version of Magmoor Caverns.

I would have loved this if the made it so it only plays when you don't have the Varia Suit and you enter a hot room. It'd make it so you get bass boosted as you take fire damage.

Magmoor Caverns has a remixed intro to the version provided in Super Metroid. If anything Samus Returns version sounds like an upgrade to Norfair Ancient Ruins, not Magmoor Caverns. Then again, I guess I can understand it. I had the opportunity to take the time to enjoy Super Metroid where a lot of the newbies to the Metroid series have ONLY played Prime 1 and thus insist that incarnation of Norfair Ancient Ruins is the original version. Why did the music quality of Samus Returns on 3DS sound better than Metroid Dread on the Switch? And I'm not even talking about the compositions (which was forgettable trash), but the actual instruments sounded like N64 midis. It's a joke.
