Kamatari Honjō (本条 鎌足) from the 1996-1998 TV anime Rurōni Kenshin (るろうに剣心) is one among my topmost favorite anime/cartoon characters with the very slim, slender female's body type. In his late teens, at age 19, 164 cm. in height, commissioned as one of the elite group of assassins, Jūppongatana (十本刀), then turned into a government spy. Best known by the alias, "Great Scythe," armed himself with an enormous ōgama, and among all males, exceptionally an inborn female-looking and inborn with the very slim, slender female's body type, as his female-looking face and body aren't due to any male-to-female appearance transition.
