Kelly, many of them are walk-able if you are centrally located near City Hall or Rittenhouse Square. I got around entirely by train, bus, Uber, or for the most part: walking. You can get a train from the airport to city center too. It is great. I wouldn't rent a car due to traffic. He has another episode on Philly - check that one out as well. Also this website: www.vegphilly.com
THANK YOU SO MUCH! I have been to Columbus and enjoyed it and it's restaurants very much! Unfortunately, I dont always have a camera crew with me ;-) Happy to see the options keep growing!
it's. the. best. Hope you enjoy if you get to go! Many things are walkable and there public transportation is decent but a car never hurts. Thank you or watching!
Great episode, so happy to be part of it for Miss Rachel's Pantry :) If anyone wants to follow more Philly Vegan happenings, follow me on social media - just search Philly Vegan Guy - thanks!!
I promise you, Philly has the BEST vegan food I have ever had! I’m lucky enough to have family there, and I can always find just about anything and everything to eat while I’m there.
I am SO GRATEFUL to you for this specific Philadelphia special!!! I LOVE some if the ones you mentioned such as The Vedge and Wiz Kid!!! Top of the top for sure!! But I am absolutely STOKED about trying the rest you mentioned!!! THANK YOU!!! YOU ROCK!!! :)
You really don't need a car in Philly if you're staying in Center City. Most vegan restaurants are in Center City and you can walk to most of them. Vedge, Wiz Kid, and Charlie Was a Sinner are all in Center City, as are many other great places not named in this video, and you can walk to all of them. Ms. Rachel's Pantry and The Tasty are both in South Philly. It would be quite a long walk to get to these, but both of them are in walking distance to the Broad Street subway. They are also both a quick and cheap Uber or taxi ride away. Hope you enjoy your trip!
Found you thru your appearance on Duncan and Liz's show! I'm heading to Philly next month. I'm clueless on what part of town, or neighborhood name, I should keep in mind when looking for an Air BnB so that I can be close to some interesting nightlife and, of course, your suggestions in this video! Suggestion? Can't wait to try The Tasty, Wiz kids and Charlies!
Dustin! That iron brought so many recollections, mainly political - social - cinematic, into my humble aging brain… Mostly from the 1990-s (if we talk about the society) when irons were, reportedly, used as the weapon of torture in racketeering / extortion. Also those scenes were featured in quite a few movies, also (pardon my tautology) in the USA ones, mostly narrating on the epoch of the 1930s… Who could have thought and fancied that this hot fearsome tool could be used for gourmet cooking? Who could have thought??? By the way, if we briefly mention the cinema, have you watched “Radin!” by Fred Cavaye with Dany Boon released in 2016? It is so hilarious!!! I watched it about three weeks ago and hadn’t have such a great laugh for quite some time.
Please do ave market in ohio! That place looks amazing and i wanna see how it looks like from the inside. I need to see this place ! Please make a video. Love your other ones btw.
LOVE Chicago, even lived there for a bit once upon a time. Unfortunately, no future filming planned at this time. BUT, season 3 come out Feb 13th and was filmed in Italy. Exciting worldly plant based eats coming your way! THANK YOU FOR WATCHING!
thank you so much for watching. It's actually a show, not a vlog, we film with a crew and on a production schedule. The new season will be out February 13th and was filmed in Italy, hope you will watch! As for aluminum, can't please everyone, if you watch more you will see every recipe is different.
+The Vegan Roadie yes Aluminum is def no good for health but I'm sure those that know (or don't know but now will know) will simply change to cooking modality to all in a pan!! :D
How could you do a vegan Philly bit without visiting Blackbird Pizzeria?!? It's much more a vegan Philly staple than Miss Rachel's. Also, the owner of Charlie was a sinner uses the same fake meatballs that you can buy at whole foods. She uses them in her other restaurants too, someone please call her out on this already!
Dan C it would appear you did just call her out ✅ and yes, blackbirds is amazing! You can see them featured in the first Vegan Roadie Philadelphia Episode ✅ here’s the link: ruclips.net/video/B66jMc5sqmc/видео.html Thanks for watching!! 💚🌱

Wow...... Everything looks delicious. Thanks Dustin. Next time we're in Philly, I'm going Vege (God Willing).
Vedge isn’t worth it. You need to go to BLACKBIRD PIZZERIA, their wings, their cheesesteak pizza, cheese fries, and Caesar salad all need to be tried
The tasty is my favorite vegan spot in Philly the prices are just as good as the food!💖✨
