Really enjoying these videos, my hint is replace the WD with eucalyptus oil, wipe on and plastic blade off. It works brilliantly even on those difficult to remove warning stickers, all nature and smells great. On paper based stickers use foaming glass cleaner or foaming wax polish. Softens the paper and the adhesive soak for a few minutes then plastic blade off. Keep up the great work. Only found you today and am binge watching all your videos. Love it.
^This right here. I had some laying around so I used this. I just wiped it on liberally and let it soak into the decal residue. After sitting for like two minutes, it had softened the residue up completely and it scraped entirely off with the plastic razor. Then I went over with a little liquid rubbing compound.
hahaha, we all have been there. fricking stickers for bigger campers with a "TV" sticker marking the mounting place, highly suggest to remove it the day you get your unit. since that inside wall sometimes is like a wallpaper, the sticker sometimes takes that paper with it when you remove it after months/years of use.
@@DIYOutdoorLife yeah. its inside. so we are not sure what to put on top yet. maybe a little venezuelan and hungarian flags (our original countries) one tip one guy form a dealership gave me was, using crayons. he said they fix most inside things with crayons before selling a pre-own unit.
You don’t need a heat gun use pro strength graffiti removal by goof off it’s the best thing works very fast with a putting kife and after just clean with wd 40
If you are looking for custom bumper stickers which can be attached firmly and can also be removed without any residue left, see more bit.ly/3f7IGtL

Nice video. The tip about the plastic razor blades was worth the watch!😁
I use them on so many things, must have gadget
I did this on a very hot day while camping, no heat gun needed. Looks much better.
Did you add new decals ? The sun saves a bunch of time, makes it harder to film though…lol
@@DIYOutdoorLife I have not added anything yet.
Scotch towels are the best!
sometimes I use them when eating wings and ribs....lol
@@DIYOutdoorLife Someday Ill sew a few sheets together and make a shirt! LOL
Those plastic razors are handy like the cameraman in the window😁
He’s the best!
Man, you have a video for it all.
Haha… For us by us! Let me know if you ever have a request
I found out that Turtle Wax brand Bug & Tar cleaner works well to get the sticker residue off.
I’ve heard that, haven’t used it yet! Thanks for the tip 😀

That’s the worst! Better off just putting a better sticker over it…lol

How bout applying decals?
Soon soon
@@DIYOutdoorLife following
That was the first thing I did on day one because driving around with "Bushwhacker" didn't appeal to me. Plus it looks awesome without decals.
I might add decals but I’m really liking the plan look too!
@@DIYOutdoorLife When I get on I want to remove the SHWH, and replace it with TTSM. Thatll get some reactions....haha
@@richvan2128 hahaha
First
yes sir!!
Replace the WD40 with Toluene (from the paint store)((wear gloves!!!)) and you shave off even more time.
I’ve done that too, works great! It is a little caustic but gets the job done!
Thank you
Good luck! I just got some new decals.
