I fuckin love this map, so glad they brought it back for lvl 20+. It was all I played at the start of this wipe, I was pissed when I reached lvl 21 and got restricted from it. This is THE map for pvp imo. After spending a lot of time on Woods and Shoreline and having some slow raids where I don't even cross paths with a PMC, it was a welcome relief to come back to GZ and see it popping off. This map is a complete shitshow right now lmao, it seems everyone is playing it. Not sure why some ppl hate it, I suppose the loot kinda sucks, but I don't use it for loot, I use it for the inevitable action that pops off in the Terragroup building, or the stairwell fights in Empire, Skyside, and Fusion building (so many stairwells lol). GZ is basically like a bigger version of Factory but way better looking.
yeah def my fav map at the moment, just all high levels and nothing to really do but pvp so its a ton of geared players

@@skidm0 True, WillerZ is fast af. LVNDMARK is too, but not Desmond/WillerZ level agility. LVNDMARK "Shift-W's" like nobody's business though and rushes with no fear while tanking hits lmao. To compare them to cars, I think of LVNDMARK as being like a tuned up big block muscle car with 1500hp that rips down a drag strip... Desmond and WillerZ are like a Porsche GT3 RS running the Nurburgring....and then you've got the dudes like StankRat...they're not as good, but they're the chaos no one expects.. kinda like a sleeper build grandma car that looks totally stock but low-key has a nitrous switch with a direct-port 200-shot...it may win or it may blow itself to pieces xD

Desmond what's the best (quickest) way to level up strength? Obv I've already seen all the vids saying to throw a lot of grenades and/or make sure you go into every raid purposely overweight and sprint while overweight, but is there anything else to it that expedites the process? I feel like it's such a grind. For the past two months or so I've been REALLY trying to stay on top of grinding the strength skill and it's just crawling along at a snail pace.. I make my PMC lift every day in the gym, I send him into every single raid a little overweight (just barely into the yellow), and I try to throw grenades at least a couple times every raid, and with all that... my strength skill is still only 18 lol. With my weight limit being 74 kilos. And I noticed that you and every other pro at this game has their weight limit in the mid to high 80s (I'm guessing that's max level or close to it). And it's not like they attain this mid-wipe, they usually have it quite early in the wipe and thus get to enjoy faster sprints and higher jumps for a majority of the wipe. How tf does one attain this so fast, serious question, any tips?
Doing everything you said is good, you have to also understand that these guys are dropping bodies ALOT, therefore they’re carrying more loot out more consistently and frequently.. that’s my guess, I’m not sure if the weight of the guns has anything to do with it like maybe you get XP bonuses for getting kills with heavier kits.. not sure tho.. I also know of people that just go into raids super heavy and just walk around for 30 mins apparently that’s a quick way, but honestly think about how much time they get to play.. most of them it’s their job.
Wear heavy gear and run for as long as you can when you initially spawn :)
I am level 38 with 10 END and 35 STG just from my gear choices and running on spawn until the bar is red.
Filling up on the dead at the end of the raid helps too but not as much as going in heavy IMO.

I watched his tutorial but I can't reproduce the side jump while running. Maybe I didn't understand correctly what he says in the tutorial. Can someone write the correct input sequence / timing to get that lateral jump? thx

I would love it if you could talk more, speak about your processes before/during/after fights. You clearly have a lot to teach. I dont get how when you run around a corner the dude ratting doesnt shoot at you until you shoot at them first. When i turn a corner and there is a rat i immediately get prefired and head tapped

Haha what are they gonna do, make it so we can't move? The jumping is just for show. He's just better than these people, uses nades correctly to push off, holds correct angles, uses every sound cue and will always shit on 99% of people no matter the mechanics.

Well watched desmonds streams a few times he also gets tarkoved like we all do😂 and yes if you learn the maps most times you kinda know where the enemies are and which spots are good for camping or frequently visited so what might seem like cheating is mostly gameknowledge or just luck
What I love about Desmond is, he gets that many kills in his videos he teases us with hardly ever showing the gear the other player had… ANOTHER reason as well.. I used to watch WillerZ all the time but these days you’ll be 10 mins into most of his vids and there’s not 1 kill.. ( still a great guy but…) also, he doesn’t cut the Surv Kitting etc, Desmond knows what we want to see! Honestly you’re massively underrated in the Tarkov Scene. Keep going bro!
