lately i've been feeling super overwhelmed & tired, to help get out of this mental funk i've been in i do my favorite self care/self love rituals. i do my makeup & skincare, spend some time outside, listen to music, read, do a hefty amount of retail therapy (shopping for beauty products & thrifting), treat myself to the cutest headphones, go book shopping at Barnes and Noble, buy myself flowers & matcha, complete some task i've held off like laundry & errands, have a chill night, & do some journaling!
