it is a normal ass ring..made of the element Germanium..atomic number 32. It can be found in the real world
Saiki's telepathy just doesn't work with the element, Germanium. It has nothing to do with the ring itself..eve if it was a germanium necklace or a just a solid sheet made of Germanium..as long as he is in contact with it, it will stop his telepathy.
