Liked your video. I have a working dsc neo system in my home. Recently, its siren doesn't ring whenever an alarm is triggered. However, the siren is working fine on all tests, which suggests the h/w setup is good. Where can I check on the dsc configurations? Thank you!

If the siren is good, then it depends on how the siren is wired. If its wired to the bell circuit, ensure the zones used to trigger the alarm are set up to sound the siren. If the siren is powered by a PGM, make sure the PGM is set up properly.

Very helpful video. On my keypad the PGM slot is being used as the zone for the front door sensor. Is it possible to just wire the buzzer to a free zone directly on the panel rather than the keypad?

Hello Mr. Jason. First of all many thanks for this excellent video. However I have a question. Here is; Can I change the piezo buzzer volume using *6+Master Code - Buzzer Control Setting" Thanks

No, it's just a straight voltage trigger to follow the keypad sounder.

Great, that is exactly the info I needed. I do have one question though. It appears the piezo will be on continuously during the entire exit delay (or I assume, entrance delay). Is that correct? Is there a way to make it beep, rather than be on continuously?

The piezo siren will follow the same sound pattern as what the keypad buzzer does. The NEO keypad makes a continuous tone entry delay so so will the piezo. You could turn off the entry delay follow setting in the PGM programming though

Great, thanks. I don't mind a continuous Entry Delay tone but on the Exit Delay it is kind of annoying :-) I can't hear the Keypad buzzer (even after trying your suggestion in a previous video to reduce the tone) so can't tell how the keypad buzzer sounds. Thanks again for the video.

Thanks. I want to add this to a PC1832 with PK5501. The programming sections don't seem to match with the Reference Manual. For example, section [005] is not for PGM definition. I think it is section [010], input 4. And I can't access section [861], I just get a long beep. Is there another tutorial for the PC1832 and PK5501?

      Not the same programming sections.
