Basic calisthenics push ups and dips and pull ups are good to strenghen your body and also learn some basic freeze like headstand handstand and shoudlder freeze elbow freeze and baby freeze they are good to learn balance and get comfortable upside down then lzarn some basic tricks like elbow to handstand or shoulder freeze to headstand and you can also learn some basic powermoves like tuck flare and backspin or crickets
