Well after 3 years of focusing on my kids, I am now turning my attention to myself and how out of shape I have gotten. I tried this video for the first time and whoa.....I would have breezed through this pre- kids but now I had to take a few breathers in the middle. My goal is to tone and of course lose about 10 lbs. I definitely need this shape up because if I let myself go much longer I will be in a lot of trouble. I am pretty healthy when it comes to eating right but I need some activity. I love all the Denise Austin videos. They provide variety which I need to stay motivated and she makes my workouts fun and fast. Thanks.

THIS is a great, short workout. Denise you are great in this vid with talking to guide us, the viewer, but not overdoing it! You are also instructional with extra info on muscle names, and how muscle will burn more calories than cardio....all of that is just well done and not over done in this vid. Thank you!
So glad I found Denise on RUclips! Worked out with her videos years ago when I lost over 60#, need her motivation again to loose 5-10 now. A bit more impact in this one than I can take now, but modifications still gave me a good sweat.💪🏻👍🏻

I love Jillian but there is just something about Denise Austin I ADORE, she is inspiring and fun. Her system is GREAT for heavier folk like me to help me get moving and they are low impact so no joint worries or floor work to worry about, the moves and are easy and don't need me to hold my own weight - and because of the interval method I can do the WHOLE workout so that helps my motivation and confidence. Heavy people looking to lose weight, Denise Austin is the way to go! :-) xx

Perfect! I needed this to do SOMETHING but I didn't want a heavy workout today. I've been doing Jillian Michaels for the last two weeks. It's amazing how much fitter I am because this workout used to challenge me, now I do it without sweating or getting out of breath. xx
I have 2 young kids and trying to find something that I can do in 20-30 mins 5 days a week. I am trying to lose 60 pounds by Dec 2014. My ultimate goal is to lose 120 pounds. I have already lost 5.5 pounds this year. Trying this workout today.

i want to lose 10 kg i am a mom of two and i am determined to do that i love Denise workouts and try to do that when ever i can manage mostly 5 times a week i need some guidance couse i cannot watch out much for what i eat as i am a nursing mom as well but have no problem with working out
started laughing during the beginning thinking it would be a grandma workout....definitely stopped laughing as i kept going xD not a bad 20 minute workout! focus mainly on a lot of jumping/hopping exercises but has little sections that incorporate weights which i liked. and this lady is just adorable!
I had to have a hysterectomy a little over a year ago. I'm 46 and as a result, I've gained weight and my body just doesn't operate like it used to. I gained about 15 pounds after the surgery and an desperately trying to get it back off. I am currently about 170 and want to be about 155. I have trouble with will power and food more so now after the surgery. Ugghhh!

Lost 33-35 lbs. - Went from 153 to 120-123 lbs. I have been trying to get this last 5-10 lbs. off for over a year now to no avail, trying everything and anything to lose it - It is frustrating to say the least ):
