So grateful for the many, many messages Pastor Costi has given over the last 2 years at The Gathering. It's been so encouraging to hear him and Pastor Brett (and now Pastor Jeremiah too) teach the truth faithfully! Our family has been greatly blessed by this ministry! 😊👏🏻

I left the Charismatic movement this month after being brought up in that belief from birth. I always thought something wasn't quite right in their doctrine, but there were safeguards built in to prevent one from questioning it. After 4 months of serious prayer and searching the scriptures anywhere from 2 to 6 hours each day, I am now convinced that the Gospel Costi and his church is preaching is the absolute true Gospel, the way it should be honored and taught. I thank Jesus for being liberated to know the Truth.

Another great point to make is that the goal or the aim of reading, knowing, & relying upon the Word is we may understand Him more, know Him more, & rely upon Him more. The Word is living and active!

I grew up in a brethren church. Went to a Pentecostal church recently and wondering if tongues is still in use today? I love the joy there. But wish they taught more of the Bible truths.

Hi Rosy (: Pastor Kyle recently did a video answering the question "Are the gifts of tongues and prophecy for today?": ruclips.net/video/x1p8Auw-uhA/видео.html

@@RedeemerBibleChurchGilbert Hello! thank you for replying! :) I was abused in different ways in strict brethren church growing up. Been up and down all my life. I know we are living in the last days and I’ve been having terrible dreams. When I got truly saved in my 20’s, that was the first time i ‘felt’ the Holy Spirit. I had never known such peace. But as time went on I didn’t stay and became one where the cares of the world overtook. I want to be close to the Lord and I fear I’ve so much mental illness Im finding it hard to trust God can heal me. I want to be raptured. I enjoy Costi sermon just started watching and Jacqui. Please are you able to tell me if I am doing wrong by seeking experience (Pentecostal church) instead of just knowing and trusting that I’m saved? Why this battle? I battle sin. Sometimes I lose my temper, then I repent straight away. But I don’t want to sin at all. I forget Him throughout day. Thank you for your help and encouragement.

We are saved by the power of God the Holy Spirit this is what saves us, not the written word, the written word is just squiggles on a piece of paper which have meaning, it has no power to save, it has no power to change your heart, do not take the sufficiency of scripture or the authority of scripture as though it is our authority, God is our authority, do not make the written word god, otherwise you put yourself under the law, if I am under the law and the law is harsh I shall be harsh, but if the law is soft I shall be soft, but in both cases I am still under the law, the word is sufficient within itself but it is not the authority in my life the Christ is God is, it is the power of the spirit which guides me the written word has no power to open the eyes of the blind,
as the law cannot impart the righteousness of the law, the word cannot impart the spirit of the word, we are righteous because of the spirit of God, the power of God unto salvation not the power of the written word, do not call The written word god, as it is written, the one who is in you will teach you the truth of all things, and this one is a living spirit not squiggles on a piece of paper which have meaning. I know those who have not read the word yet produce it's righteousness and I know those who have the word and produce it not. The man who loves knows God for God is love, this is a living spirit.
Take Luther and Calvin they took hold of the word yet they remained adulterers murderers and Thieves they did not produce the righteousness of the Christ by the power of the written word, it is the word and the spirit of God which work together as one, without the spirit the word is useless,

You mean its not right for a pretend 'pastor' to cherry pick a few verses out of the "passion translation" and then make a long winded plea defending his ego? Never simply reading the WORDS from the BIBLE? When the subject of "tongues" is clarified by a born again believer, he rushes to defend the inane babbling gibberish he's been spouting and states "I believe there is a 'secret angel language' we can 'tap into'." He also wonders why people aren't showing up to "church" anymore to watch his puppet show, exaggerated gestures, faux displays of humility and complete lack of discernment. The CHRIST believers are being led by all these NAR types, preaching a false gospel with a false doctrine.

@@TheTrenchesYT Costi is the real deal.
He came OUT of that 'charismatic' garbage, the 'sensual' gospel, where they call a spirit of DIVINATION the 'holy spirit'. They don't even know what a PROPHET is. It doesn't mean to 'predict the future'. There are actually people going around calling themselves prophets when in truth their a satanic disgrace and involved in witchcraft, soothsaying and sorcery...bewitching.
The 'word of faith' is NOT the same as have a relationship with the LORD and praying.
Kent Copeland is the poster child for everything I have come to hate about these celebrity preachers and their SHOW.
