Kenny you should also turn “Contracts”, “Trades”, and “Free Agency” to Manual so the game doesn’t make roster changes for you like trading some of your favorite players. Also change “Injury Management” to MLB Only, so you can decide what happens to your most important players when they get injured instead of all 90 Players in your organization. “Roster Moves” also deals with call ups and send downs, so if you don’t want a Grayson Rodriguez situation to happen again change that to Manual. And please Press Y to Simulate Through Date instead of clicking it through the menu. Loving the content man, keep it up.

Hey Kenny just wanted to throw out a tip with the PCI anchor! It’s best to put your PCI anchor opposite of the zone you are sitting on (ex: if you start your PCI middle-in, put your anchor middle-away). The PCI will move faster towards the anchor than it will if you just jam it yourself. CBrev has a video that can explain it better than I can here in the comment section, so I’d refer you to that if you need it really broken down for you. Loving the series so far, just thought I’d share that tidbit with you.
Also, an easy way to differentiate the two Lowes in baseball (Nate and Brandon) is Nate has a hard A so you wanna use the hard O in Lowe (Loh) and there's a soft A in Brandon so you wanna use the soft O in Lowe (Ow). You'll never confuse the two pronunciations again :)

realistically for the prospects you wanna try and wait until they get to around 75 overall maybe higher, don't want to rush them and ruin there potential like you did with DL
