    If I may be so presumptuous as to speak for the bleary eyed multitudes of university students clutching their 10th cup of the coffee with the hands that have been intermittently tearing out their own hair as exams loom ever closer...we are eternally grateful for this video.

    Hey. Thank you. But one question: why can you use the ANOVA table since Levene Test is less than 0.05 ?
    I thought: if Levene is significant (less than 0.05), than go to Welsch Brown. Is that test is significant, than do Games-Howell.

    Thank you. But do you have any video about the how to deal with non normal distributed data? Anova works for that?

    Hey, very nice videos, thanks!
    I have one question, if levene´s test is significant, means this that it exists heteroscedasticty? If it so, make the ANOVA still sense?

      Conduct a Welch's F-test or a Brown-Forsythe F-test: ruclips.net/video/SNsDgNhRANA/видео.html

    Thanks for the video. I am a bit confused. You keep saying ANOVA is within-group analysis but it's actually between group right??.. If it's the within-group-, the analysis would see the mean difference within the manager group, custodial group etc, ANOVA table in results also show the significance in between group means.

    • @how2stats
      @how2stats  5 лет назад

      Can you point out an example (minute and second) where I say within-group in this video? It's not really the sort of thing I would say. I would usually say between-groups or within-subjects. Maybe I said within a group?

    how to test for within group?

  • @TheMaimizo
    @TheMaimizo 9 лет назад

    Why not plot Confidence intervals at those means. Sample means without measure of precision is kind of useless.

      ***** This person made a lot of effort and made an effort to record and put the video here for you and for all of us with a fantastic and very clear explanation, how2stats is a great source of information, the videos are awesome. So, my question is: Why do you focus only on the negative aspects of the video? I am sure that the video was usefu for you, you could also write something positive in you comment.

      Maskabrownx thanks for reminding people that this video is about the scientific content not about "how sexy is the guy doing it"... I find these comments about saliva extremely inappropriate!!!
