Simpson hit and run was the only game I was allowed to play for like years until I was like 8-10 it was unexpectedly dark for a Simpson game and I never finished it.....
You're blessed to have never finished it, those last 3 missions were so annoying cuz they were basically all the same!

George you owe it to yourself to play Simpson’s hit and run. It was my childhood and I think it would make such a good video. Also shrek super slam is an elite meme maker of a game, you can beat Humpty Dumpty as donkey

I'm glad I'm not the only one who loves the Lego Indiana Jones game, thank you George! I had it on PS2 and I always wanted the second one, but I never got it.
And speaking of great PS2 games, Ty the Tasmanian Tiger was my childhood favourite! I played it for so long, and it still holds up because they remastered it on PS4 and pc!

Lego Indiana Jones what a game, so nostalgic
Once when I was in year 4, my class were doing this art project over a month where we drew a design on some fabric and stitch it to a pad of cotton wool then stuck a cardboard frame around it (I don't know school was weird). And on the day we got those cardboard frames we all as a collective class started holding them up to our faces as if they we we portraits then turning them on our sides like we were on tv (We were 9 that was funny to us). And our teacher must have been having a bad day or something and anyone she saw doing that, she wrote their names on the whiteboard (which meant you had to stay behind at break). The whole class were doing it but I was one of the three people she wrote down on the board for it. No one else. Now it's funny but back then I was offended by it. That teacher was also a b*tch so...
Hahaha those were the days, when you felt that the teacher was picking on you and you just thought to yourself if I was 300 years old like you I’d have you mate, then a decent game of stuck in the mud would clear your head and you’d be back to normal

@@krillpug0857 i believe the reason it failed is that children these days just simply don't care for original toy themes any more due to prefering to get marvel etc. themes instead for a similar cost.

I also had a tree related incedent at school. My friends were, for whatever reason, kicking and hitting a tree. I was just stood there watching them, because I had nothing else to do. Then in assembly, the teachers were calling up people who they'd seen assaulting the tree to tell them off. They called up about 2 of the 4 people that did it, and then they called up ME. So moral of the story, uh, don't go near trees.
finally, George recognises the absolute peak of gaming that is Shrek 2 on the PS2. what a game indeed.
I had it on the gamecube because my family was broke as trash back then (we still are but we could afford several switches) and pretty much every sunday we would all just play it in Gamecube
I'm a solid millenial, most of these things made me feel SUPER old, thanks George. Although, I would say, Simpsons Hit and Run was sort of a part of my later childhood, and it was amazing so you should certainly look at trying to play it.

Not to brag but I did 100% Indiana Jones: The Original Triology on DS
I got 100% on Lego avengers on Xbox 360
That’s nothing, I got 100% in cars 2 the video game on Xbox 360
I 100% Kirbys epic yarn on the wii
And the DS
I got 100% on Lego Star Wars and Lego Harry Potter on the Wii

Campaign wise, 3 over reach. everything else reach over 3. Halo reach multiplayer was truly an incredible thing.
Nah the reach campaign was much better than 3
I don't like how people compare COD and Battlefield even still today, they are two completely different types of shooters, COD was meant to be fast pace and something to turn your brain off too and have a bit of fun (while you throw your controller at the wall), battlefield was supposed to be about the long game and playing a bit more tactically. they are both good games with two different appeals, also my favorite year for games was 2015 personally just as a separate point.

I remember first playing Battlefield 3 and instantly being put in a squad full of 10 year olds, and they were exactly how you'd think they were.
Most servers I joined were full of people crashing jets in to buildings, and people arguing over who was going to fly the helicopters and such. Still, plenty of great moments were had.
I don't think I've ever seen anyone with the same appreciation for lego Indiana Jones on the DS that I have and I appreciate it greatly

Tree story! At 7th grade, my friend introduced me to "The money tree", and he told me we had to venerate the tree, so it can give us its money. We didn't believe in it, but we started to venerate it, just for the sake of it. After a while, I found 50 cents on the ground near the tree.
My friend once sent me a photo of us at school going on about nostalgia and I legit asked him if it was a kinda disease cause the photo hadn’t loaded in
I agree with George on halo reach being better than halo 3 the only problem is litral fetuses certified fresh™ straight out of the womb just spamming armour lock but other than that it was amazing

In the unlikely event that George actually checks the comments, Bakugan wasn't around for a long time. That was until it was rebooted (I think early this year) with Bakugan Battle Planet and they released new versions of the toys and everything.
Word art still exists across all Microsoft office products, hope this brings some joy to these dark times
I work at a primary school and you will be happy to know that the kids still love Bakugan

FRAPS produced massive files because it was made in an era where computers were considerably less powerful and there was no hardware accelerated video encoding, so to keep resource usage to a bare minimum it did the absolute bare minimum of compression on the data stream.
i had a similar incident in school to the tree/wall situation. the school field was opened up during the summer and there was a MASSIVE hill that we weren’t allowed to roll down but could run. so little year 3 me goes running full pelt down this hill and my foot falls in a hole, it sent me like full speed down this hill forward-rolling and a dinner lady at the bottom of the hill saw me rolling down and banned me from the field for a week. was fuming.

I used to play lego indiana jones on the DS all the time and I had completely forgotten it until you mentioned it in this video
I remember in my 6th year at school I was just in class and I was just sitting at my table quitely minding my own business then someone started talking so I told them to stop because the teacher was talking. BUT, then the teacher called me out saying I was talking and set me to the corner just because I was telling someone to be quiet. I never felt so wronged by my teacher ever before cause I was a good kid.
BUT, then It happened again I was sitting on the deck outside waiting for my lunch to be checked by my teacher. And I was just talking to my friends, I was eating a packet of chips and I was at the bottom of the bag so to get the rest of the crumbs that fell off I tilted my head back and came into direct eye contact with my teacher and she looked at me with the most incredibly disturbed face I'd ever seen. I was like wondering why cause all I was doing was eating some crumbs but then she was like 'what do you think your doing.' I was confused cause I hadn't done anything wrong and was only eating my lunch.
Turns out had detention for something I can't remember but I know it was stupid. And ever since then I never liked that teacher ever again and was glad I was going to another school next year (I was graduating primary that year).
Man worst time ever at primary school ever. Other than another time but thats a bit too long of a story so I won't bore you any longer :))
Infinate warfare had probably the best campaign in the series, the people who say otherwise just haven't played it

OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS ME!, Lego Indiana jones on the Nintendo 2DS, my god what an activity. I remember after school, throwing down my bag and whipping out the old Nintendo from my draw. I would put the cartridge in and the beauty would begin of Lego Indiana jones. So glad u agree.
We had The Wall in primary school but instead of going there to get your punishment, it was the punishment. You had to stand with you back to the wall, next to a leaky drain, watching everyone else play for the entire of break

The reason fraps created massive files is that it records uncompressed video. It literally just screenshots every frame as a bitmap and saves it to your harddrive. I still use it to record because my cpu cant handle running games and recording at the same time and my gpu isnt fast enough to do it with shadowplay either. You can encode the videos with another tool afterward.
the wall at the school was horrifying, i’ve only went twice and it’s so funny because you can just walk away but you feel so horrified to leave... “the wall” gives me nightmares

I still haven't upgraded for a Xbox 360. The PS Vita was my first console that wasn't a hand-me-down, it's been 7 years and I still haven't got any games other than the copy of Minecraft it came with.

my brother got a 360 the year it came out, and i swear to god all its games hit different. ddr universe 3, any of the xbox arcade compilation discs, anything. i played it and watched my brother occasionally play reach & halo 3... my brother still has his og white 360, despite it getting the red ring of death over 5 times lol

I've had a similar thing happen to me when i was younger, but we had a whole row of like concrete columns. i've never been sent to sit there because i was a really good kid. But one day i saw my friends just kicking each other ( for shits and giggles i guess ) and i was literally standing 5 feet from them, this one horrible teacher comes up to me and tells me to basically fuck off. And i also remember the teachers kid ( Probably 5-6 at the time ) walking up to me and sitting with me lol.
