I got one too, and it's a great bike, but it needs to be pushed before it wakes up. Like a mini enduro bike. It's obvious this bike is more aimed for the down, and I wouldn't use the flip chip in low unless I primarily were riding flow trails. I hit the BB and crank arms into just about everything in the beginning. Only using high mode from there on. Also wish it had threaded BB, but you can't win them all. Still a solid bike, but it is noticeable it rewards an active rider.
The right way to do it is to put the bike at sag and then feed the chain through the derailleur over the cassette and chainring and see where it lines up. Cut chain to the closest female link, compensating for the extra quick link.
Great watching an expert assemble the switchblade.

We totally agree, the switchblade is the perfect bike for New England terrain; where we are based out of.
That's pretty much a factory build and not a dream build unless that's your dream bike. Nice job! Nice looking bike!
What s the ceankset model and dimensions ? The bottom bracket model and dimensions too please ?

How do you decide chain length?

@@travisarnold9530 "where it lines up"....?
Dream builds have gold stanchions 🤭
And gold lowers.
