I wish they would've included Hawkeye and Bruce Banner, so we could have the entire Avengers crew in one set. But besides that I'm actually very happy with this set and I definitely wanna buy it.
It's funny how Lego puts in that fire extinguisher in almost every other Marvel set but not for this Quinjet. Anyways, the interior looks even more spacious than expected, and it even has space to store the landing gear. It goes to illustrate that the Benatar really should have done much better in that regard (even though it is one of my favourite sets of all time).
To be fair, a Benatar at the same scale as this would easily be ISD-sized as a Lego set And the Benatar has a more detailed interior than this, the jet is just an empty shell with seats
It may not be intentional, but I like how lego is slowly giving sets that could double as Agents of Shield sets. First Coulson and Lola, then Robbie's Ghost Rider, and now a proper shield quinjet
It's beautiful to see how far we just get: from a blocky and full of studs jet to a more detailed, symmetrical and decorative Quinjet; but also the evolution in minifigures printing, more full of detail, shadowing and shinning and their pieces. Really would love to have the set, but I would due to be foreign student, I may be able to afford it; someday I'll get it.
I love how accurate the mark 7 suit is, the first set also came with a mark 7 suit but that version was the one when he was falling down from the portal when he detached the back flaps and the side chest plates
I'm definitely getting this and putting the Shield logos on. I'm a big fan of Agents of Shield and the original Avengers movie and I'm so happy we can finally get a more accurate version of the Quinjet
I find it interesting, looking at official images of the quinjet in the movies, how the glass looks like a muted orange, which is prolly why the 2019 quinjet had orange glass. This one also feels kinda pushed down and flattened while in universe it kinda humps up almost. Those are just small details tho, I love this set and would rate it a 8.5-9/10
I think you could add a hawkeye and hulk and black widows legs from the avengers tower. Instead of the trans blue piece representing repulsor tech you could get a gray version of that and take of the dish and make it look like turbines.
I think having the S.H.E.I.L.D stickers on there instead of the avengers stickers on there makes it look accurate to the first avengers movie and capitan america: the winter soldier
Not only is this the best version of the quinjet with a great selection of minifigures, this also looks to be the best value I've seen in a $100 licensed set I have seen in years. I'm truly pleasantly surprised by this one!
This set is incredible! I’m so so excited to get it. The build looks just amazing. My only gripes are that 1: Hawkeye and Bruce should’ve been included (I honestly wouldn’t have cared if they reused the Hulkbuster Bruce) 2: Cap should be in all light blue, rather than just the chest print. And Nat should use the Grace from Avatar hair. Other than that, I love this set!

I am a massive marvel fan and found that the film accurate one with the shield stickers looked amazing. I attached the avengers stickers, even if not accurate, because I found that on the wings the shield logo was not complete. I would usually deal with it but imo I found it a little off putting, as in something I would notice whenever I saw this set. Love the set!

only drawbacks: 1) no leg printing is an insult. Same goes for the Thor face print 2) no fans in the wings, as you said 3) the rear ramp is too steep, that needs work

If anyone has the older Ultimate Spider-Man Helicopter Rescue set that came with Luke Cage and Mary Jane, you could totally take off those giant wind turbines on the ends and add it to this quinjet to make it look more accurate. Colors would match and everything

Actually thors suit looked different in the first avengers movie since it was blue red and silver. Then in the dark world, age of ultron and ragnarok he stuck to silver for a while then in infinty war and endgame he went back to black and dark silver
i think this the best marvel set this decade the price i think is great compared to the benatar and it is missing hulk and hawkeye but overall day one pick up for me
I feel like this one should've been a $90 set. I'm kinda seeing it as $80 for the jet and figures and $10 for the stand. So I'm not the biggest fan of the price, but I do like everything in the set
For me this set is perfect, except the light blue cockpit elements, I’m not arguing that the blue doesn’t fit, the more I look at photos of the shop in movie it makes sense, but I think if those were in trans dark grey like the original ship it would look a lot better
Thor's suit is not the exact same as it was in the first avengers film. However, the difference is really not noticeable to most people that lego kinda gets away with it here. If you look at photos between the two suits you can see the differences :)

I just hate that it doesn’t have play features. I miss the action :( the 2012 had a drone drop and four flick fire missiles, this one is literally just a display piece. And it looks like it would hurt to hold. Plus the absence of Banner and Hawkeye is annoying and the Thor face print too old, and the price, as always, is $20 too much. I absolutely love how the cockpit looks, though.
Yes, this is a display model. You listed two features this one doesn’t have, but yet it’s got the gun on the bottom and retractable landing gear. Two things the 2012 one had. Not sure about the hurting to hold? The first set had even less Avengers figures than this.

I can give the new capitan america minifig some dule moulded legs which can give him red boots. I can even swap the head for skin head steve Rogers with the hair piece making him his 2023 appearance from endgame

I know that it’s supposed to be very accurate, but couldn’t they have added just a hint of colour to the build? Maybe they’re could’ve added some metallic silver or something just to give it a bit more depth.
that first quinjet set was the first big lego set i bought with my own money and this just really takes me back. this looks so good and an absolute steal for $100 with how detailed it is
They did it with empire strikes back sets for the 40th anniversary coming out more then year after but this is not even just a anniversary for a movie but also one of their brands being 10 years from avengers and 10 for marvel superheroes and not mention dc superhero’s but Lego doesn’t even try to talk about that anymore 😞
I loved the first avengers Quinjet, which was big, had great minifigs but wasn’t accurate. The second AgeOfUltron quinjet was great as well, big, accurate, great figures, but I always preferred the shield version. And know, oh boy, finally an accurate shield quinjet. I love it. Every single detail. (Apart from IronMans helmet 😂) I’d love though for it to be a bit bigger and heaving the actual rotor blades in the wings and the feature to hide them as in the movie.

They never seem to want to have a complete wave, you’ve always gotta buy an old set or one from a different movie just to get all the main characters.

@@Ashnflash Nah, the shades of grey were also different. Avengers 1 had a much lighter grey whilst Thor 1 had a darker metallic grey
