Are PTAs still able to treat under indirect supervision? Are there any indications of this expiring? I’d love to hear from PTAs who have had success with this setup!
Great video, I have a question I'm a COTA thats in the beginning stages of starting a mobile b practice, along with the some on the same ideas you mention, I was also thinking about adding outpatient group service for example life skill, therapy ect.... billing medicare b for group service while a OT is present treating patient. My question is would this be worth the headache along with will it financial beneficial? Your thoughts???
It is what you make of it. 20 visits a week will put $100K in revenue in your bank account. If that isn't enough a therapist could offer upsells of private pay services like massage or non-medically necessary manual therapy. Medicare can also be really great lead generation for continuity programs that are self pay.
Thank you so much for you valuable information. I am saving up for your course right now. Very looking forward to learning a lot from your course. Does your course offer tips on how to get patient referrals? I feel like this is the hardest part of the business. Thank you so much in advance and much respect to you sir!

Thanks. Yes, we spend the final module talking about marketing and generating new patients. The next cohort starts December 1.
Great video. Can a mobile therapist provide home therapy for part b at the same time the same patient is going to outpatient service clinic?
Yes. Try to avoid scheduling on the same days.
