I am going away to the Sun for two months and will practice your video I’ll give you an update in a couple of weeks let you know how things are going hopefully an extra few yards. Afternoon Ali, I'm almost 65, can occasionally just about to play to my 7.6 handicap and class myself as a decent driver of the ball. But over the last few years, due to poor sequencing, my driving (once a strength) has become a weak fade. I watched your video last night, and tried it out over 11 holes today. I haven't driven the ball this well in years. It feels powerful\faster with no extra effort. I hit it dead straight, higher and probably gained 8-10 yards of carry. It actually feels like there is less stress on my back. It's given me something solid to work on over the winter. Many thanks.
Good stuff. Ali has excellent command of golf swing kinetics and can relay the information quite well. Now my preferred online tutorial.

Good explanation. I’m having a bit of trouble with my sequencing at the moment. I’m looking for a trigger to start my downswing.
I like the subtle feeling of the weight transferring into my left heel as I am still swinging to the top to trigger my sequence
