THE TOUCHSCREEN IS BACKWARDS NOT THE IMAGE BUT THE TOUCHSCREEN. HOW DID YOU MANAGE TO SCREW THAT????!!?!!?!?!
Thanks for this. I plan to move forward using the BLTouch and cable I already have. Looking on your GitHub page, can you please clarify: the LK1 (Alfawise U20) is what I have. It seems like across the board, the 1K resistor is not required. Is that the case? I have not cracked open the control box yet, but I get the distinct impression that the U20 does not require this resistor. Also, on the assumption I have either the V0G or V0x board, there is one .BIN firmware file for the V0G and the V08 file is for all the other boards, correct? Thanks!
Firmware for LK1 VOG board does not work it installs I take out the SD card leave the eprom file delete the project bin put back the sd power on but my touch screen has no response?
did you figure that out ? I'm getting all kinds of issues with my builds (screen touch is working ... when Z home the bltouch doesn't extend the needle and it doesn't stop the z movement )
Is it possible to upload the new firmware, before making the electric adjustment necessary, just to see that its possible to use the firmware? I tried it but, but nothing happens? 🤔 I do se the green bar going up, but then nothing happens - I just see a full green bar (and I'm using the correct firmware for my board (V08))
Hello, I've followed all instruction and I'm pretty sure the bl-touch is well installed. But when I try to install marlin with the : LK1V08_BLtouch_firmware.bin file nothing happens. Its the original firmware that loads up like if the .bin isn't recognized. Can someone help me out. Please. Update : The problem is I didn't have the longer3d.ui file on the SD card with the .bin file
Am I correct in thinking that if I have a glass bed and have had no problems manual levelling or with the first layer on prints that use the majority of the build plate that adding a probe will not benefit my printing?
Even with glass there will be some variation in the bed - especially when we get over the 200 x 200 threshold. Therefore it is recommended to install ABL on larger machines.
Is you screen working now (mine doesn't) ... and when I use home Z it will goes to the middle and start going down without the needle of the bl_touch moving ...

I would like to translate your videos about the Alfawise U20 3d printer, so the spanish comunnity also can acces to them. I dont want to earn any money, not thinking at all in that, and also this is yours, so i want to ask you if u allow me, and in case that you say "yes" (me:fuck yeah! :) ) how i have to refer you or if you have any kind of requirements. you could at least give your sources when it's not your work ... some people went through a lot of trouble to make this working for the community. if you did somewhere in the video my bad, but i didnt see it neither on your github where you just copy 99% of the work without even a reference.

mea culpa, it works , but on my printer always some problems with my bltouch, but will change some setting on the hardware and come back to report.
@@christophe31000 it doesn't work. At least on mine, I lost any touch inputs on the LCD. Everything else works.

Yeah done everything exact just goes to the middle of the bed goes down starts grinding...and yes the Z endstop have been removed

Why does the wire need to be connected to D7 to get power, can't it be piggy backed on to another connector?

Still can't get it to work on an Alfawise U20 Plus.. I get to the autohome part and then it just drills itself in to the bed until I pull the power

Check your motherboard if it is a new one, you will not need to remove it
