Pakora is anything that is fried after being dipped in besan or any flour, it's closely related to bhajji there is mirchi (chilli) bhajji, aloo (potato) bhajji, anda(egg) bhajji etc...
Don't waste that part, use that part as a masala salad...just cut that part in the beginning wash it and fry them with masala and give that with potato twisters...or whatever you sell.... I hope you read my comment...
