I can see the Raiders making a run. But the Broncos don't have enough to make a run. The Raiders defense will carry them early on and at about mid-season, O'Connell will start to play good enough to take advantage of all those weapons. It will take time but he will be able to win enough games to get them in the playoffs.

I would love to agree with you but the afc has too many great quarterbacks. Burrow, Pat, Allen, Lamar, Herbert, Lawrence and also Stroud now. I’m a raiders fan but that’s a lot teams with a clear cut advantage at qb which is everything nowadays.

In 2023 10 rookie QBs had at least 1 start . CJ Stroud was the best of that bunch , Aiden O Connell was #2
Just draft one next year, every year there is a new crop of potential QBS who have bright futures.
I believe the Raiders will exceed expectations this season.

As a Bronco fan, there's so many unknowns... but ya, you want to believe Sean can get these young guys going earlier in the year. Rookie qb is likely to start... because why not? Tannehill is pretty old for a football player. I don't think he can play effectively anymore. You're better off with an undrafted free agent.
The Raiders have a better qb room than the patriots, giants, Vikings, broncos, panthers, saints, browns, and Steelers. If they aren’t better than the teams I listed they are about the same.

AFC West will be won by the Chargers. Harabaugh has inherited a team where his QB is top 5 and will be a force to be reckoned with by the whole league. As for the Raiders they will be 7- 10 this year

Broncos were already in playoff conversation for months last year, Raiders constantly trailing behind. Our team improved this offseason, I can see us getting there.

Raiders trailing behind who? NOT the Broncos, lol… The Broncos have the worst roster in the AFC west and it’s not even close. And they failed to improve in the off season due to lack of cap space and lack of draft picks. They’ll finish last in the west next season.

Worst Quarterback in the NFL? That's the second time I heard that today. That's not even possible there will be rookie QB'S playing this year who have never played an NFL game. Aiden was a 3rd string QB drafted in last years 4th round so no Starting reps in training camp . Those who drafted him were fired , he was a starter for an Interm HC had an OC who was thrown in as an OC was composed in the pocket improved in the last 4 games. Etc.etc.
But, I love the doubt from commentators and fans alike.
