I'm fairly new to building a PC. I just got a 6700XT and was worried that this motherboard will bottleneck the performance of the GPU. I have a Ryzen 7 3000x and 750 PSU.

Motherboard has nothing to do with performance. If you put a high-end CPU, GPU, and RAM into either a cheap or expensive motherboard, they'll perform more or less the same.
