Excellent movie! If you're the type of person who reads the comments first, don't bother reading any others. This movie is definitely worth watching!
NEVER NEVER NEVER TO LET UNKNOWN PERSON ENTER MY HOUSE EVEN A NUN OR PRIEST
🤣 For real though...
Instead a welcome mat at my front door I’d love to have a mat saying “Buzz Off” like the Grinch did in the movie 😀
Every one is a strange at one point, but siblings and parents. Even husband where once strangers people get married find out there husband a nut job
Not the right approach
Hehe
Never ever let the strangers move into your house as it takes years to really get to know them. Many strangers are not what they seem to be. Nowadays, we have to be EXTRA careful!!!
True
Air BnB is built on this business model and doing just fine.
Can also say the same to the people you know and not just strangers
@@sweetheartivyivyherbert307 very valid point
Been there and learnt that lesson! Great reminder to everyone to take care.
The actors are very talented & natural in their acting. 👍
Thanx. The way I'm addicted to psycho movies. I think I need some kind of therapy
So me😢
Hahhaha yes
LOL, They are for great inspiration though and some can give great ideas :D
😂
It's captivating on how ppl think😅😅😅😅😅😅
To anyone who is thinking about setting up an air bnb or room rentals: For god sake, keep your own door locked, your laptop/PC password protected and don't leave house keys in the kitchen cabinet! Especially if you leave your email and account logged in on your PC.... Karen is sweet and all, but seriously, how gullible can you get. Might as well leave your bank card and pin number stuck to the fridge door... 🧐🙄
Great story and Miranda actor was really very good.
If children aren't raised with love and care, they get screwed up.
I wonder why Miranda wasn't adopted as baby and why she stayed 5 years in temporary foster homes before she was adopted with 5 years of age.
Yeah right, even though she's an antagonist in the movie but she has played her part very well. Kudos to the actress
My aunt was renting rooms to total strangers, in central London, for about 45 years! Never, ever had a mean person under her roof. She never even locked her own bedroom whilst all seven bedrooms were occupied by men. She was single.
But, I'm sure she was just very lucky.
My sister had a similar business, plus a shop in her house in an extremely secluded area and also nothing bad had ever happened; just the opposite, as she's met lots of very kind people, lots of very famous people too. Some have become her friends.
It's all written up in the stars for us, most probably.
That's a dangerous thing to say. It's better to protect yourself.
When I came to London I wish I would have met someone like her. I rented from awful landlords.
@@fluffedsquirrel some very rich people had all the alarms, even a security living in their property and they were still attacked, tied up, gagged and robbed at gun point.
How can one protect oneself if even living in security doesn't necessarily help?
We live in a very peaceful place indeed but some years ago my neighbours were burgled whist the whole family was at home!
They burglars came in using a child who climbed through a tiny bathroom window and then went inside and opened for them the side door. Do many valuable items were removed whilst the family members were eating dinner in the dining room!
That was the most bizarre and scary case I've ever heard.
@@banyana6515 you would've loved my auntie as she was an ex soldier and very adventurous!
She'd managed to obtain a mortgage for her huge house, which was unheard of in the 60's!
She's long gone, but not forgotten. 🤗
Did you auntie check any hidden 📷 in her room?
This was a good movie. Moved right along, good suspense. Good actors. Enjoyable. Thank you for the upload.
Adoption records and background checks should always be verified by authorities due to the dangers involved. These cases usually involve very serious breakdowns in family units, and separations are mandatory in these circumstances. Some information should be flagged and kept sealed due to the high-risk offenders and the potential risk to vulnerable family members. Suspect the father in this case was an offender and that's why his name wasn't on the birth certificate. Always check and verify guests well ahead, including Relestate, and rental property. Great story, thanks for uploading.
People making excuses for Miranda, "oh poor Miranda, she clearly grew up neglected and unwanted, she has issues" blah blah. Yes, it sucks when you don't grow up with a supportive family and are physically/emotionally neglected, your childhood isn't your fault or responsibility, but your adulthood is. No excuse for your actions. Go see a psychiatrist.
Exactly. You're an adult, grow up already
I would never trust a stranger.
many people are strangers before they become friends, If everyone remained as strangers then none of us would be here, Just saying ha
The Miranda actress is very pretty, and a good actress. She should be given more parts.
What part are you talking about! She's in it almost half of the film. The story is about her and the lead star.
@@purezamagno3135Probably meant more roles

Word to the wise. When someone is overly friendly, put your guard up. Psycho alert🤣😂🤣
Great film what bothers me is there is genuine people out there that this is happening to, I wish people would be more responsible when they end up having a baby they didn't want
I was told at 24 when I asked my father why my mother is so cruel and cold to me but not my sister( first born) . He said I was never wanted but they didn't believe in abortion, iv been out on my own feet since I was a scared 19 year old woman suffered years of narcissist abuse, im no contact with mother father or sister its just me 💔 it's so hard when things are hard all you wanna do is call your mum but I cant ..I wish I was adopted I truly do 57:28
@@g1000- And especially at this time of year. I have no contact with my toxic family either. The hardest thing is that society expects us to. Regarding dating just as an example, "being close to my family is really important to me" as if to say that when you or i are not, it has to be a red flag..
However the worst thing is that abusers/predators detect our vulnerability, see us as easy prey, and feign support to worm their way in.
It is hard, but the best thing to do is live by yourself (with no influences from others) for as long as it takes (possibly years) to truly find yourself, get to know who you are. When you have more of a sense of identity you begin to grow the inner strength you need to not tolerate what you don't deserve.
P.S. I would be interested in chatting with you privately, but not sure how we go about doing that on here. Despite the length of this comment, i actually am a much better listener.
Having read a lot about attachment and the importance of a child having that safe loved feeling when helpless and dependant, I understand much of Miranda’s behaviour. It’s terribly sad that a child is born, helpless and dependant and then not wanted. It really can ruin your life.
yes it can. I raised my daughter differently to the way I was raised. She is so happy and independent now. I did the attachment parenting after learning about it 17yrs ago. In fact, I just did what felt natural no rules. Just instinct.
Shame, she only need lots of love and also a happy family. We must just keep om praying for kids like that.
In psychology terms you mean 'attachment disorder' she was too attached because of her disorder.
I agree
This story is not fair, I understand exactly how Miranda feels. I regret watching.
I used to be married to somebody like that who looked beautiful on the outside but a psycho on the inside .

The one who play's Miranda is gorgeous! Good actress aswell. Great movie
She had a right to be pissed but went the wrong way about her being decarded like she was nothing.
She surely had a right to be pissed BUT she had NO right to kill only because she was pissed 😡
It was a great movie❤ lesson is not to trust quickly to any body
Here in the UK we have a huge housing crisis and many are forced into shared accommodation as an alternative to sleeping rough or in slum housing provided by slum landlords. For many renters, this means moving into a stranger's home. Meaning: it's not just about a stranger moving into your home that is potentially dangerous, but moving into a home where the landlord/landlady is potentially dangerous. Works both ways.
Nothing like coming into this world unwanted. And then you get BPD. Great movie❤️ thankyou x
Borderline personality disorder , if anybody didn't know what these letters meant
I think personally when you are putting words like that in a comment you should put the meaning in brackets to me it's common sense
Because not everybody knows the meaning of it

Idk why I feel sad for her not getting attention and love from her mom. Maybe she's not that evil but because she wanted attention so bad she ruined everything and had to die. For me this movie is 10/10.

This was quite a good movie with good acting
Really nice. Graphics are good no zooming...
Miranda was trying to get the love she had never felt from any of her relatives; being abandoned and rejected without having anyone that care about you, it can affect a lot and lead some individuals to develop a psychotic behavior. She was clearly mentally ill from the trauma that she underwent.

I got really sad about the little old man just enjoying his holiday and that happens 😢 Even before "the event", I had to pause movie and look at his real life history so that I could reassure myself that at least he had a really happy and fulfilling real life. Only after my research could I comfortably resume the movie.
Aww you're so like me I knew she was going to kill him so I skipped that part.. Couldn't see that

I've rented rooms in houseshares, and even flats, where the landlord/landlady/other tenants, were acting like we should be joined at the hip. Constantly 'dropping in', when I was using the kitchen, knocking on the door of my bedroom, sending me emails and text messages and calling me on my mobile when I was at work... Opening my mail and my parcels, criticising what I ate, my clothes, how often I showered (even if it was at teh gym) etc. No privacy....
omg yes I've shared a room with a psychotic woman/landlord before too and one day she just stopped talking to me, very standoffish..asked me to move out abruptly and sent me a text in the middle of the night saying if my stuff wasn't out by the morning she would start throwing it out into her farm!

Borderline disorder

Really a great movie and worth watching
Allowing a stranger inside your home doesn't necessarily poses a risk. Rather, the danger involves not setting boundaries, becoming close to a complete stranger, eating with them, chit-chatting with them excessively, including them in your circle of close friends, and granting them free access to areas of the house that should be locked. It's not enough to give human being rules. You need to take action as regards your rules.
She plays a good psycho 😊😂
