I've loved Margot Kidder and Stephanie Powers since I was a kid in the 70's and they did some great thrillers. Nice to see them older and return to a thriller. They were both so beautiful and so talented.

Olivia Hussey, John Saxon, etc. Margot Kidder was somewhat comedy releif, but what happens to her eventually is certainly not funny. Did you see her in Sister's, by Brian Depalma? Disturbing. The one with Stephani Powers about women on an island alone with a Killer? Scare me crapless as a kid. I could not stop watching. Stephanie rocks in a thriller too.
I really like all the actors but why do you leave your windows open at night so someone can see into your house? Shut the darn curtains and blinds. Duhhhhh!
What a riveting & engrossing film! Margot Kidder ( may she rest in peace) and Stepfanie Powers were great! As was the child actor. Thanks for uploading this. Canadian productions are usually top notch & very good.
Canada is part of the British empire, so they have attitude toward movies same as UK. They're serious about quality story telling and acting, etc. In the Shakespeare tradition.
Martin Neufeld played BJ. I had to type that first or I'd forget his name. Why he isn't a big name star I just don't know after watching this (no spoilers). REALLY good thriller. Acting and script were pitch perfect. My kind of suspense thriller with real life people, not cardboard. shallow millionaires in mansions. Thank you very much for making this available. One of the best I've seen in a while.

When a person calls 911 to report someone may be outside watching, but a crime has not been committed yet, a police officer nearby is dispatched, not a detective by himself with no uniform. It is just a movie, I guess it is OK.

Watching this made me want to look up the main characters and refresh my memory on them. I found lots of information on everybody except for Stewart Bick, other than he's Canadian, and the names of the movies he's been in. But nothing else, like what year he was born, or if he's still alive. At least I didn't have any luck finding anything else.
Have I missed something? I'm @18.08 and I'm thinking: This woman is a DNA expert, and the stalker has left a pile of cigarette butts across the road.....hello?
Spoiler annoyance alert She didn't recognise the creepy talk of the predator in the playground She didn't recognise the same creep's face in her window. And how does nobody leave a smell in movies and stories except perfume of 'women who don't wear perfume?🙄 The neighbour very wisely calls the police when she heard a noise upstairs and waited outside with the child but when she found a secret door and hallway she started an investigation on her one.
Only in movies would a cop say that he will sleep there if he has to, but he will catch the guy one way or another. In reality they always say they can’t do anything without proof 😒.
I like that seen where he points to the girl says that's my daughter. ha ha and shes like o okay ya she looks lot like you! she turne's head real father standing right in front of her. lol
