I always measure the weight for my loads. But I have to be honest, I hardly ever roast extraordinary beans like Peaberries or Monsooned Malabars. For those coffees, you might be better off to check in some Kaffelogic groups (board, Facebook, Discord,...).
Do we need to calibrate for each roast size? Or fixing the standard 120g calibration should change the fan a bit across the board?
