I'm one of their buyer from other project at kundang rawang named myra gardens. And after 4 years, we still waiting for vp. And to be honest, i'm really disappointed and regret brought this.

Normatter how good talking is...... the most efficient is go to others project of this company in ijok to take a look their past project and ask all residents there for reference. The result will be clear to all interest purchaser.
@@aravindyadav8225 You are human right, if we can do it, you should too. A normal person spends max 1hr a day in a toilet, meaning if 6 people share 2 toilets, they each have 8hrs per day allocated, more than enough.

Two bathrooms for Four bedrooms is not feasible for a big family.
How many you think is feasible then?
In Europe, it is common just to have on bathroom in a big house, so 2 is a luxury for us.
