I think that one of the parrots names would be chip like a chocolate chip cookie because it was used to tame parrots in older versiones of mincraft but now kills a parrot when you feed it a cookie because chocolate is bad for birds

Those "flying gorilla" are called Vexes. They spawn by a spell-casting Evoker. And they do indeed follow the definition of their name. To annoy something/someone, specifically you.
