This exact house will cost $350,000 in Houston Texas, cost $850,000 in LA California, and in a desirable community like Mullica Hill cost somewhere in the $500ks.
Yeah. The cold isn't for everyone. We have four solid seasons here. It's only cool for 3 - 4 months. The other 9 - 8 are hot or warm. What's the weather like in your state?
